I came here to return my Christmas present because the item was too small. The retailers seemed to be very nonchalant they weren't helpful at all maybe it's because it was after Christmas I don't know but I do know that I just left with my too small boots and went home unsatisfied. I may try again after the New Year

Really doesn't have selections like they used to. Staff was uneducated about what very popular brand names I inquired about. The staff member had to go ask other staff members if they carried a brand that would have been at the counter she stood behind.

Belk always has sales that make it really worth the trip. I love the quality and getting up to 75% off is so nice. The employees are very sweet and thoughtful.

I stopped by today to look and purchase some flats (shoes). Found 3 different brands that I liked. However, they lacked customer service desks being opened for checking out customers. What is going on here? Where are the workers?
As for the flats, I narrowed down to one pair, but not much on sale as I expected. They were originally $70.00, marked to $42.00. I couldn't afford it so I just left the store.
