The workers are always very friendly in this store..to be honest I've only bought perfume from Belk.. I went in yesterday to buy you guessed it perfume...I bought the Clinique Aromatics in white..omg this scent is amazing amazing..I also got a free bag of goodies facial products mascara and a lipstick..the young ladies working those counters be on it I tell you..I did for the first time bought a pair pant and shoes..Belk is a wonderful store..if you're out and about stroll on in get some perfume..but check out the rest of the store it won't disappoint

Getting very old fashioned with selections and zero selections on ladies panties. They used to have excellent choices. Belk has changed considerably.

They need more help! I am at this Belk location several times a month! They have 2 registers open and always a long line! HELP NEEDED!! Araceli at the beauty counter is great! She works so hard every time I am in there!

I asked if they could please trade a $54.50 short for one that I liked better. The lady refused, and she also refused to get a manager. She also did not seem to care that rather than have me leave happy and appreciative of Belk here in Conyers, instead, she let me leave extremely unhappy. I will never be back and I will tell everyone within my circle of influence about this incident.

They only have 2 registers open every time I go in this store. And there are no sales people to help you find anything. I try to shop online because it's so aggravating. I dont know how they stay open.
