I came here trying to cash a check from my job. I had the wrong bank and instead of saying that, they stamped my check, smirked at me and then told me to look up where I was supposed to go while not mentioning that because they stamped my check I would be unable to cash it without getting it reissued from my job. This is on a Friday afternoon with the check I'm trying to use to pay rent for myself and my children. I would give them a 0 if I could.

The slowest bank ever. No matter WHAT time you enter this branch, you will WAIT. Always ONE teller at the window. ALWAYS SLOW WITH ZERO APOLOGIES. MAYBE a second teller will come out if there is a super long line of about 9 people waiting. This shows pure incompetence.

Moses Kabia was great to work with. He addressed my issue and had a solution for me within the day. The other employees were also kind & made sure to speak with me to ensure I was being taken care of while waiting for Moses.

The young lady that assisted us was very helpful and very kind. Her name was Edna Maffett, an amazing woman. The only problem in this location is they need more help. The wait was over an hour.

Been with Suntrust for 20 years before the emerge. I wish they would of kept the branch in Honey Creek but this is my new branch and I don’t have any complaints yet.

Would give less than a star if I could. I asked a question of the lady in drive through. She was obviously from New York or where ever. Terrible attitude , crass, and upon a second question she told me that if I didn't like the way they do things there I can close my account.I ended up finding good decent people in North GA to help. You will not find Customers service around Atlanta.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The wait time was about 20 minutes to speak with a teller just to make a deposit. The teller, Leslie, was not friendly and quite rude. I asked to speak with the branch manager, Moses Kabia, and his disposition and overall demeanor was nonchalant, uncaring, and dismissive. While I was speaking with the branch manager, he actually walked away to have a conversation with someone else. I told my mother, who has been a customer with this bank for 30 years to switch to another bank.

Good luck getting a dispute from a valid complaint! the people taking in dispute info come back regularly with it was an authorized charged even if you can’t get the service to work, the one phone number they have posted does not work, then a chat bot which is allowable tells you that your account is canceled & refunded, and then the next month you get a charge anyway, even though you were told you were getting a refund and a cancel all of that and the dispute team can’t figure it out and give me a refund sure I need that $ more than the NFL and now thanks to Truist decision. I’m bank shopping as well.

Go to a credit union to open your accounts. Big banks like these make the bulk of their money on overdraft fees. They are incentivized to make sure they process your transactions in a way where you end up with an overdraft fee. They also charge a negative account fee regardless of the amount. Yes, if you are -.01, you will be charged a hefty fee. When I requested my account be closed, it was never closed. I have experienced more than negatives with this bank (now Truist) than could possibly list here. Don't even try to get customer service to understand. I'm ready for my relationship with this bank to be over as it should have been months ago when I requested my account be closed.You have been warned. Go to a credit union. Stop giving your money to big banks. This one is the worst I've ever dealt with. Yes, worse than BofA.
