Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Why do business clients have to wait in extremely long lines with regular account holders. Bank of America—Do better!!!!

The tellers, customer service and other bank representatives are very professional, always helpful, kind and proficient in handling all of my banking needs, questions and concerns.

This has to be the most inefficient BofA branch in the metro Atlanta area. I understand that there may be staffing issues, but as a business customer, I don't understand why I have to spend a minimum of 30 - 40 minutes in line because the "Business Clients" line is always closed. I guess I'll have to find a bank that actually values their business customers.

If I could rate lower then one star for service with this branch would I have I have banked with boa for over 20 year's I've maybe come into the bank once a year's I've try to process everything online. how ever I has some fraud issue's with my account I was advise that I could open new accounts online are go into the branch for help as wanted to make sure all accounts were processed opened correctly I went into the bank. this was day one I went into the branch was advise that I would have to wait two hrs. to see someone pushed for time I was also told that I could just open an account online. I advise staff that I would like help in doing this process and left to return the next day when I have more time. the next day I returned to the back for help with opening a new account then I was advise by staff that the service area is services the last guest for the day I was at least one hr. before closing very upset it seams to me that staff at this branch has lost their way on customer service however staff did advise I could take my money out of the account and close all my accounts with boa which this is what I did . I really was up set that I had to deal with bad service and starting over with all of drafts holding waiting on a new account to which I could not get any help for so I called the customer service number and request to have all accounts close. however the services in which I received over the phone was amazing they were patient very appreciative of my 20 years with boa and full help me with all my needs. This is my suggestion is that the staff in the bank need to train with the customer service over the phone . I will never go into a boa again but I will continue online are over the ? .

Staff is friendly at this location, but whoever manages it is 100% a conflict avoider. It's insane that you have a 40 min line around the corner, 4 employees behind the glass, and only one of them actually servicing costumers.

This bank is a joke, customer service is nonexistent. Top to bottom everyone acts paranoid like your doing something wrong to cash a check. I will be closing my personal and business accounts with BOA.

I've used this location for over 15 years, & I commend the staff for maneuvering through recent challenges without compromising safety & security. Lines are longer when spaced for social-distancing, & branch closures are understandable when dealing with staff shortages. Some things will never be the same again in post-pandemic America. But I trust Bank of America to make our "new normal" as safe, convenient & secure as possible.

The worst location I've been too soo far, all these meant you to do is go to the ATMs, when I had a large sum of money that I needed to be marked what it was for and the teller had a attitude with me depositing it with her, on top of that the manager came to her and made a remark "how much was it, was it just a couple of dollars" idk if it was with my deposit it someone else's, regardless I will not be feeling safe to deposit there anymore and definitely have had 2-2 bad experiences, dues to the teller and the manager, previous location I banaked at, was also BOA and the customer manager grabbed me by the arm to make it better because I told him I was pleased with his attitude on why I needed to be there........ Banking is definitely loosing it's class.....

This is one of the worse locations ever. So called Vice President Astral Gartrell Holt is so rude and unprofessional. I have been banking with Bank of America for years and never encountered someone so rude. She prejudged my husband and I, when trying to do a transfer to pay for the closing on our new home. She was needed to verify the transfer and then started questioning what my husband did for a living. We have a legitimate business but I guess we didn’t look the part. She called to verify, everything checked out and she still refused to help us. I guess because I didn’t have on big fake eyelashes and weave I had to be doing something wrong. Do not visit this branch! If they have someone like her in charge, I know all lack customer service skills.
