Great price, I thought it was going to be more expensive because it was late at night and Chris got there really fast and left the car exactly were I wanted it. Definitely going to be calling them again if I ever need towing ?

My name is Ralita D. My car was towed by Bama Boys through AAA July 8. I should’ve taken it as a sign when they were running four hours behind to pick up my car. The driver (Chris) failed to tie my car down properly which resulted in my vehicle hitting the back of the cab. I was told that he would personally take care of the damages but then was ghosted two days later. When trying to go through their insurance, the entire situation was downplayed as “just a bumper” when the damages were over $11k and counting. My vehicle was dropped off to get the initial problem fixed (O2 Sensors) driven fine to the body shop & I’m still without my car a month later because additional damages have been found due to this accident. This “just a bumper” incident has cost me a lot of headache and now suffering because their insurance company does not want to take the blame for the additional damages and an over $2k bill will be put on me. I still don’t have my vehicle. Do yourself a HUGE favor and go through another company. The level of professionalism is hard to find at this business and it’s a shame that hard working people are left with the fall.

I unfortunately had my car overheat and I had to have it towed. Chris with Bama Boys was absolutely amazing! So friendly and kind during our stressful situation. I would definitely use Bama Boys again.

Unfortunately i had needed a tow and it was a short distance and i had called around a few companies but they were charging crazy prices. I called Bama Boys and not only were they affordable they got there quick and had me back home in no time! Driver was very nice and respectful and handled my vehicle very well! Thanks again and i will definitely but calling again in the future if i need it!

I used Bama Boys towing and the driver Chris was a delightful worker. he was very polite and respectful he handled my vehicle with care kept me informed and updated me on the drop off of my vehicle. overall outstanding service i well definitely use them in the future.

Called to notify three times that I arrived and was waiting at the gate, and all three times somebody answered the phone and said they were headed to the gate, no body ever showed up from inside the building. Instead I ended up waiting for a tow truck driver who worked for the lot to come let me in. I was in a car accident was car was totaled, I was in pain, and did not appreciate this.

Top notch! I actually used them to tow my car from another tow yard because the people who had my car were very rude and overpriced. They got to me in 30 minutes as quoted, the price was reasonable with no hidden fees. They handled my car with care! I had to ride to the drop off with my car, and the operator was a complete gentleman and made me feel safe and secure. I will definitely be using them again if needed!Service: Car towing
