The part cost of a radiator for exact model and make of the car I was charged exceeded the retail value by over $100. As a female when I look for a credible mechanic shop it is important that I not be charged extra money for parts and/or labor. Disappointed.

I can give you customer service feedback for now. I have an appointment with them next week.I agree with the other reviewers. Their mood and attitude towards their customers is great!They have a "we do care" sense and feeling about them. Something we don't see a lot of these days unfortunately.Looking forward to my car being serviced next week!!??

I don't even know where to start, I dropped my truck off June 25th and we did not get it back until January the next year! So first of all they had my truck for over 6 months. Next, I had to return the vehicle 3 times due to the check engine light coming on. And then my engine blew and ***** (the owner) said he will not cover the work they did on the truck (over $2,000 worth). Please do not waste your time, patience or money at this establishment.
