The worst experience I've ever had in car buying, Prince and Keith are nothing but scammers. They will sell you a lemon and you're on your own. Be prepared for them to lie and have you inconvenienced. Stay away I'm going through the courts and news now to get them shut down.Stay away horrible business, Prince has no clue how to run a business.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!I bought a 2014 Accord from them June 2022 and I regret it more and more every day. I drove 2 1/2 hours for this car. During the test drive the car was shaking, Jay told me it was because of the back tire. He promised to buy a new tire and even put it in the paperwork. Weeks later I realized it wasn’t the tire, but the transmission. I have spent over $6000 fixing this car, a car they told me had no issues. Within the first week it already needed an oil change and stopped cranking, due to an old battery. I was instructed to call them whenever I was going to buy a new tire and they would send the money. I waited at the tire store for almost 3 hours before Jay sent the money. He beat around the bush with the payment and tried to only send $50 for a $170 tire they promised to replace. After hours of waiting, he finally sent the money but I still had to pay out of pocket. Now my alternator needs to be replaced. One of their own mechanics stopped me on my way out and told me to “watch out.” I told them about what he said and they said it was because he was interested in that car as well. but now i believe there was more to that comment. I wish i would have seen these reviews before i purchased the car. After seeing all of the bad reviews and seeing how the owner of this business responds to his customers’ reviews, makes me regret buying a car from them even more.

Prince is the man! We just purchased an awesome Ram 1500! Great service! He's one of the only dealers that will show you exactly what the bank approved you for! Best deal for a vehicle in GA! Will definitely be using them again!

My son spoke to someone name Prince several days before his appointment. The day of, not only was no one there at the establishment, but no one answered any messages and all numbers my son had, no one bothered to pick up. Very unprofessional and I advised my son that I’m sure he dodged a bullet by not purchasing from a place like this. He brought a mechanic with him to check out the vehicle so he’s out of $100. If professionalism is top on your list, steer clear. Looks like a junk yard too instead of a real business, which I’m surprised people actually purchase from them

I believed in giving people chances to show character. Auto 3000 took my broken credit and gave me a vehicle and yes I’m thankful. However the vehicle had issues that couldn’t be seen on a test drive so beware before you sign. They will only answer the phone a few times after you buy and pretend to care then block you. It’s better you live in town where their location is at if your to do business with them. Like I said I believe in chances so until my problems are resolved peacefully and timely I want remove this review.

i give the one star to the fact that the building stands. nobody told me over the phone beforehand that they don’t take cards.we drove the 98 miles to Conyers, fill out the application, test drive, and received absolutely no information about the car’s physical condition after specifically asking for it.i was too stupid to leave.we finished everything only to find out that they don’t take card; instead they take PayPal, Apple Cash or Cash App. $7,000+ through Cash App? huge red flag.i should’ve left as soon as i heard that but i put everything in this car.after an hour of trying to work it out, we eventually get by with a blank check. we keep the car for 3 days only to find out that it needs a new transmission and it’s basically a lemon.this business deserves no adjectives; it is a business. not a good one. i would not recommend this business to anyone i care about.

Great experience never been more satisfied with customer service. Very friendly homily environment. Every employee was friendly and very informative. My car I got was a dream car and was in perfect condition couldn't ask for a better deal. Everything was on point I would refer anyone to come here for a ride.
