Me and my daughter came in today and it was this young lady Adrienne that helped us , so kind and patient with us . Would definitely recommend this store to a friend, everyone was very welcoming and kind . Will be back again in the future

LET ME START OFF WITH I had the most exceptional experience at the AT&T store in Conyers, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Justin. Not only did he assist me in acquiring the new iPhone 15, but he also went above and beyond to resolve lingering issues from a past account, showing incredible dedication and expertise.The warm welcome extended by the store manager and the overall pristine environment made my visit even more enjoyable. They guided me through the selection of a fantastic case and screen protector for my new device, ensuring I left fully satisfied and well-equipped.After visiting three different stores in search of a phone, the support and attention to detail I received here stood out remarkably. Even if it means driving from Stone Mountain again, this AT&T store has undoubtedly earned my future business. Kudos to the team for their exceptional service—I'll certainly be back for any future needs.-Delicia

I recently traded in my iPhone 13 for the new iPhone 15, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The customer service I received was excellent from start to finish. The staff was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly helpful in addressing all the technical issues I had during the transition.They patiently guided me through the entire process, from transferring my data and settings to setting up the new phone. They made sure everything was seamless and hassle-free. The attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.Overall, the trade-in process for the iPhone 15 was smooth, thanks to the exceptional customer service. I'm delighted with my new device and grateful for the support I received during the upgrade.Make sure you ask for Adria or Justin as they double teamed my account to make sure my 16 years of loyalty was well worth it.

Working with Justin on multiple days to ensure all of our upgrades were intact. He even got us going with new internet service! He was even available by text for ALL follow up. Personalized service at it's best!

Made an appointment to discuss the many issues I’ve had with this new service. During the appointment after a very long wait. justin assured me , the inaccuracies would be addressed and resolved & going forward after an entire month of issues there would be no more. This couldn’t be further from the truth, I was billed incorrectly once again & it’s pretty sad to have an auto debit in minutes but HAVE TO WAIT ONE TO TWO BILLING CYCLES TO GET YOUR MONEY REFUNDED! I’m now being assisted by Terrell with hopes that he can resolve the consistent issues,,, Terrell was able to resolve one. I’m still waiting on an assist with 5 more. I’m very disappointed in being billed for two iPads that ARE NOT BEING SERVICED BY at&t. I’ll be on the look out for my phone call & my issues being resolved by Terrell. Lastly I’m going to try to give your internet service until the end of October, I’m hoping it’ll prove to be fast. As for now it is NOT IMPRESSIVE AT ALL.

Today I worked with the CEO of AT and T. This gentleman was top shelf as far as customer service goes. It was a wonderful experience. Paco was extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind and so…very helpful. He is the best!!!!!!!!!!Thank you Sir.
