All seasons rental is the place that saves me everytime that I’m in a bind scrambling for my equipment for catering services. They have a large variety of event rental equipment for multiple purpose uses. The process and prices are good also.

All I can say Phoenix wasn't very honest with our organization. We host a Christmas event every year and a week or so ago Phoenix told us we could email her a donation letterhead of request. We were requesting to purchase 2 games and receive 2 games donated. We followed up with her to ask if she received donation letter. She played dumb as if she didn’t receive email. Then I asked her was there a final decision made. With a very nasty and nonchalant tone, she's says, No! Now we understand store owners get to decide what they can or cannot donate_that is understandable. The problem is she pretended that she didn't receive the email after she gave us the email address weeks prior. Then she was quite nasty with her tone of voice. So what we did was take our money to Bash Party Rentals in Tucker, GA. They offered better service and a large variety of games. Try them if you have problems with All Seasons Rental.

Nice staff, easy to get in and out.Got 100 chairs they loaded them up quick and unloaded quick when I returned. Would highly recommend them.

My wife and I visited this establishment to rent a few tables and chairs for an event we were hosting at our home. Upon returning the equipment at the store, a young male, Hispanic employee begin aggressively removing items from our vehicle damaging the inside of the interior. we ask him politely to be more careful, and his exact words were to my wife “if you don’t like the way I’m doing it you can do it yourself” we were shocked and appalled by what he said to us, and immediately began to challenge him. After a short back-and-forth with him, we left to go speak with the manager or owner as we were walking towards the counter over the walkie-talkie we hear some words in Spanish, followed by the words in English “the black chick” again we felt extremely insulted as we knew that was about us! So we ask for the manager/owner, and as we were able to see through some glass doors, the same Hispanic male walks up and begin a conversation with an older white male. I asked the lady behind the counter, who that was she says that the owner. He made us wait while he had almost a 5 to 6 minute conversation with the Hispanic male. As I watch them through the glass window, it was clear he was in no hurry to address us. As we grew more frustrated, finally he comes out and did not seem concerned at all. Although he listen to us, it did not appear he was willing to take any action towards his employee. I advised him that this was our first time renting and most likely our last time, and he told me that was fine with him. I also told him that I would write a review and expose this incident and he told me again that was fine with him. I would not advise anyone to rent from this company as they are horrible at customer service not to mention the racial element. I am sure this is not the first time this is happened, but it is the first and last time it will happen to us at this establishment.

This business was very professional, the employees were extremely kind and helpful. The prices were very fair and reasonable and they will load and unload the equipment for you at the rental Center.

I was able to pick tables and chairs that I wanted when I first went to give my deposit and put the order in but for pick up the Hispanic man told me he couldn’t give me the tables that I originally wanted and asked if I had a pick up truck. I told him no and he said he couldn’t give it to me because of that reason so I had to settle for something smaller. (If I was told I needed a pick up truck when I came initially, to give my deposit I would’ve just went somewhere else). However, the tables I had to settle for were so small it’s really a 2 seater table. On top of that the tables look so beat up. Although this is a rental place I think updating some of the things you have would be nice. The price for the tables were not worth it considering how they look and how much work you have to fold and unfold the tables.

I've used All Seasons Rental Center for the past few years. They're always very friendly over the phone as well as in person. Prices are affordable and products are in great condition.

Prompt with delivery and pickup! However the chairs I rented were dirty, and not the chairs I was shown when I was picking chairs for rental.
