Worst business and customer service ever. Everything was ok until this new manager name William took over. He charged my bank more than what he was supposed to and trying to make me pay more than what my contract says. I'm seriously thinking about going higher up and contact the news media. Because he has breached my contract by charging me more than what my contract says. I'm very upset. So I strongly recommend you to stay away and not do business with them.

In regards to management, If I could give zero stars I would, they call you all day long on your due date come to your house banging on the door like they are the swat team. I dont ever call the store the manager gives off a nice nasty approach which is unprofessional. Sent a young lady to my house and payment was previously made, the young lady was so apologetic however I could hear the aggression from management on her walkie talkie. They will try to use tactics to scare people I guess if you dont know the law that might frighten you. Out of a 24 month contract I have 3 payments left and Im shopping for a bedroom set and optted to use rooms to go, I only opted to get what I have from them now due to time retraints around the holidays they were able to make that delivery (days late) on an online purchase I made. The store used to have a much nicer management team a few years ago but assuming covid has caused a shift in the work force unfortunately people are getting handed positions not just based off qualifications but moreso we need bodies and its the obvious. Customer service is currently in a dying state with many businesses today and I find this store to be one that falls in that category. Currently awaiting a call back from the regional manager regarding irrate banging on my door scaring my autistic child at 8 in the morning and disturbimg my neighbors. Pros, they do have some decent buys.

Tim is awesome! I ordered a table set and had delays in delivery. However, Tim did his BEST to ensure that my table was delivered and has the BEST Customer Service. Thanks Tim!!!

Hello,Just moved to the area with my daughter and son- in -law. I called about a bedroom set. Tim answered the phone with a great attitude and that willingness to help. He ask me to tell him what I needed and leave the rest to him. I called back the next day, Robert answered, with that same great customer service. THANKS GUYS..

I’m still waiting for corporate or somebody in this office to fix my mail box that was destroyed by the driver who came to do a pick a month or so back. I have went into the store spoken with a rep who called about my additional credit yet nobody seems to care about my mailbox the driver hit. Which is all on camera! Let’s not go into the service and rude workers that’s another complaint all in it’s own

I was advised that I could call back to the store on today and schedule an delivery for my chair.. Robert advised me that he does not schedule deliveries. I know that is not true because he did it before for my washer and dryer. This is a bad customer service experience. I have been waiting for over a week now. I also have an issue with the in-service fee always being attached to my account when no one has visited my home. It was applied to the account before my arrangement due date This is my second complaint about this. It’s unfair

Rude lady up front interrupting the other sales person. Jumped in my conversation to let me know that I’m red flagged and can’t do business with them until Monday. I’m sure karma will do it’s job and a nicer person will have her job soon

Very disappointed. I ordered a refrigerator for my new home. Called yesterday after being approved on May 1, 2021. I was told I would get a call this morning to set up delivery. Still no call. I work too I can't wait around all day. This is bad customer service. Now what do I do. Not getting my calls answered.

Awful, awful people. They lie, double charge, call on holidays(only to not answer when called back). I've never been lied to by 3 different people at once but they managed it. I called waiting for a tv to be delivered, and was told it was cancelled due to a late payment. I had never been late so I knew she was lying. When I called corporate they said they never denied it, that the store forgot to send the verification paperwork to them (which they deny having knowledge of).
