I needed to stop by a post office to have an important letter tracked and mailed. My local post office had slow lines out the door. I saw this one listed on Google Maps with 3.8 stars. The facility is small but they are very efficient and the staff is friendly. Great post office.

I travel often internationally for work, so I am always shipping items to and from the USA. There was a situation when a particular postal worker misguided my luggage and it did not make its way to Germany, but thankfully, it was returned to my home address. I called the post office and the supervisor, Ms. Damaris McGowan immediately handled it. She was so apologetic for the error and allowed my brother to bring the luggage back up there without me paying any additional fees. I wanted to write this review as a special thank you to Ms. Damaris McGowan for handling everything in such a timely manner without any further hassle.

Went to this post office today and was told I couldn't ship my Poshmark purchase. I however pulled it up on the web that I actually could. Poshmark and USPS agreement states we can use flat rate boxes to ship poshmark orders. When will they catch up with agreements that are in place. Took it to another post office and they accepted it with no issues. The lady there said she was the Postmaster for that post office and her name was Ms. McGowan. She was very rude once I told her I've never had this issue in the 1000+ orders I've mailed.

Dropped a 2 day priority envelope at indoor drop slot. Took over a week to arrive at destination with postmark date a week after drop off date. Talk about something getting lost in the cracks!
