U-Pack service was flawless from beginning to end. Moved from Georgia to Santa Barbara. Price was the lowest and service provided was world class. Even when I called, reps were very helpful and knowledgeable. I will highly recommend U-Pack and will definitely use their service again in the future. Thanks a lot!

U-Pack was a breeze from start to finish. Getting an initial quote was true to the actual price, with every step of the process being clearly outlined, from pick-up to drop-off to final pick-up. They were dedicated to our guaranteed delivery date even when it got picked up a day later (through no fault of our own) and should have subsequently pushed back the delivery a day, but they spotted the error and one of their team members caught it.
Out of all the stresses that came with moving across the country, worrying about our stuff was not one of them thanks to U-Pack.

I moved cross-country with a UPack cube, and all went according to plan! I was nervous to use a cube for the first time, but the price was right compared to other options, and delivery, transport, and drop-off all went well. I liked that I could track my cube on its journey as well. I had some items break during transport, but pretty sure it was my own fault from poor packing so I don't fault them.

We had a FANTASTIC experience with U-Pack, ABF, and Extra Space!!!Where to start?ABF delivered our trailer without any issues. The driver was extremely helpful and showed exceptional customer service!Alvin with ABF in Albuquerque NM allowed us to keep the trailer an extra day when we couldn't load it in time. That was a HUGE relief!Kelly B. with U-Pack was extremely helpful during our drive. She helped me feel reassured and confident that our trailer was being delivered safely.Our trailer arrived in Atlanta FAST and Dawn with ABF Atlanta was kind enough to hold the trailer while we were still on the road to ATL.The BEST part is we were able to arrive in ATL and have a few days to recover from the long drive before unloading the trailer.Chiquima Terry at Extra Space Storage 1249 Northside Dr. was INCREDIBLY helpful with finding a safe place for our trailer to be parked for unloading. She also showed EXCEPTIONAL customer service during this final but very stressful stage of our move.I did my research on all our options for this move.With U-Pack we used 15 feet of the trailer and paid WAY less than any other option. PLUS this process was WAY easier than driving a moving truck and towing my car.It was also much cheaper than using PODS.Thank You U-Pack!!!Thank You ABF!!!Thank you Extra Space 1249 Northside!!!We couldn't be happier!!! ?

Using Upack services was fantastic. I moved a 3 bedrooms house from Oregon to Georgia. I had different quotes and Upack was by far the best. They keep a constant communication to update me on the different steps. ABF is the truck company they work with. Everything went flawlessly. Thanks ?

Excellent service! The whole process was so easy that I was skeptic at first. The cube delivery and pick up after loading was on time. The transit time was only two weeks from GA to PR. The cube delivery and pick up after unloading was also on time, no delays. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely use their services again!

U box/U pack is a good company. I want to echo a reviewer from 2017. Here we are six years later and when I read Ariel J.'s review, I felt I had written it myself. Do not expect your box to arrive on time--be flexible with the dates and your expectations. I was surprised to learn that in 2023 they did not use the technology of GPS on their boxes. NO ONE can tell you exactly where your box is while en route. I know! (forehead slap). So if you are waiting for your box to arrive--they can only tell you it is "en route". I moved from Georgia to Virginia...that's a lot of "I don't know" space to cover. So when you are waiting for your box--have faith that it is not lost. The company was very responsive to my frustrations but the local places where they store your u-box? Sheesh!

We moved from Atlanta to South Carolina without a lot of furniture. Most of our things were in boxes, so the expense of a traditional moving company seemed unnecessary. U-Pack was very easy to schedule and you only pay for the amount of space in the trailer you actually use. Super easy! The only complaint (which kept it from being a five-star review) was the empty trailer pickup after the move. We had the trailer in our driveway multiple days waiting for a driver to come pick it up. The drivers were friendly and helpful, the company just needs to hire a few more.

The u-pak trailer move is the best way to go for a safe, fast long-distance move. The employees are quite competent and professional. All items moved with no problems. The price isvery reasonable for a long-distance move across country.I highly recommend U-pack services.

Is there a zero star rating?? They were late to drop the pod off on both ends by multiple hours. When we opened it up at the destination it looked like they put the entire pod through a tumble dry setting. Coffee table, broken. Dresser, broken. Lamps, broken. Bookshelf, scratched to hell. How they were able to damage heavy wood furniture to this extent is beyond me. Their damage "insurance" tops out at $250 per pod so it's completely worthless if you have anything of real value in there. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to hire real movers and save yourself the headache. I wish I had.

I moved from the west coast back to the East Coast using a relo cube from U Pack. My move was seamless. Everything arrived in tact. I was VERY pleased with customer service each step of the way. U pack took the hassle and fear out of a really big move. I had used another well know "reputable" moving company on my inital move to the West Coast and they were horrible. I was so traumatized from that move and losing many of my things to their negligence and theft that I was nervous this time around. U Pack was extremely professional and on point. I highly recommend them.

First, they were a day late delivering the cube. Then they were 1 day late picking it up to be delivered. I was supposed have it delivered 1 to 3 days after and I received it a week later. The contract said 1 to 3 days, so if you need your items right away, I suggest you do not use this company.
