“This company is amazing! I was in the middle of moving when my car refused to start. The customer service representative I spoke with was fantastic! They immediately informed me that a driver was nearby and finishing up a job. The representative was friendly and made the situation stress-free. I received a call from the driver letting me know how long he would take to arrive and he was on time. He was also very pleasant and had no issues hooking up my car and moving it.”
“Gerald was great! My reservation was for 11am but the client who had my truck never brought it back that night! Gerald was on top of it and found another location only 2 miles away with the truck I needed. Unfortunately, that location was a dump literally and I dont even know how they are an authorized dealer. Do not go to the 1220 Murphy Ave location! I returned to Gerald and he was able to fix it and got me a truck at his location! He was professional, understanding and kind! I am thankful for his efficiency in a situation that was becoming stressful due to my time crunch!”

The attendant was well-mannered, polite and courteous, really easy to communicate with and an asset to Enterprise Truck Rental.Getting the van back before closing was not an easy task, after loading, driving and unloading in Macon, Georgia, but I accomplished the task for a reasonable rate in a nice cargo van that was well-kept and ran well.”

“Friday January 19th 8;06 am I stopped in to get fuel, and the guy actually filled the tank until it was full. I normally fuel up in Duluth or Kennesaw and they never fill the tank up it's always 3/4 which is not good. It's the small things that make my day. Thanks”

“It took more than 45 minutes to be seen and checked out. People behind me were there more than an hour because only one person was working in truck rental.Even checking out on line doesn't speed the process because when you arrive at the location the manager doesn't even check online for anything other than reservations.We are told to skip pickup by checking in online. No it doesn't help, and when I arrived in Atlanta there was no large storage spaces available although at the time of reservation rental my space was available and guaranteed. When I asked someone to check other locations for me I was told it was first come first serve and they only saved it for 30 minutes.People were online holding for as long as an hour and extremely angry. Online services were not very helpful. Cut back in employees is not good for this company rep.”

As a person who rents U-Hauls frequently for events, I must say this time I was overly impressed. At most locations, the owners and staff are cold and unwelcoming. Quaya was very friendly and engaging. We talked and joked for what seemed like forever. She even gave me some insight on other business ventures she's knowledgeable about. “Service was good, dealing with the employees there were no issues, and they were very helpful and friendly, especially the manager she extended herself to me I truly appreciate her for that. The only thing is each time (about 3 times since i moved in) I went to the location, my gate code wouldn't work and I would have to go into the office to see what code to use to get to my unit.”
