“We are moving out of Atlanta and we were gifted the rare 4-5 inch snowstorm the day we were supposed to move and pick up the uhaul. And Atlanta shuts down in the snow, except for Gerald at Solid Ground Parking. Let me tell you, this man is here for you. He made sure that he got the location so he could help us pick up the U-Haul. The pickup was delayed because of serious snow which was totally understandable, but he was there to make sure we could pick up the U-Haul. We contacted some other U-Haul places just in case and every other U-Haul was CLOSED in the city. We can’t thank Gerald enough for coming in to help us, his morning was not easy either after he got his car stuck and then needed help from a friend to get into the city. His friend, Micah (crazy we share the same name) was also amazing. You can tell these people are really good people and understand that moving is stressful and made sure to get there to help us out. Seriously, if you are questioning where to pick up a U-Haul, do yourself a favor and go see Mr. Gerald.! Thanks again!”
“I purchased a 06 F650 Forestry Truck and a chipper a couple months ago from Sagon Trucks. These guys customer service is great and they go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. My next piece of equipment will be from Sagon Trucks. Even after I purchased the vehicle, I have called and texted questions and they would take their time and explain to me what or how to do something. That’s great service there.”

“I have used a lot of storage facilities over the years but this was the best by far. Price was reasonable, facility was clean and well kept. A secure location. I had both climate controlled and outside units.easy access, lights and always clean restrooms. Pat was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. I rented 3 trucks from her as well. “It took more than 45 minutes to be seen and checked out. People behind me were there more than an hour because only one person was working in truck rental.Even checking out on line doesn't speed the process because when you arrive at the location the manager doesn't even check online for anything other than reservations.We are told to skip pickup by checking in online. No it doesn't help, and when I arrived in Atlanta there was no large storage spaces available although at the time of reservation rental my space was available and guaranteed. When I asked someone to check other locations for me I was told it was first come first serve and they only saved it for 30 minutes.People were online holding for as long as an hour and extremely angry. Online services were not very helpful. Cut back in employees is not good for this company rep.”
“I'm a drive away driver and I picked a truck from this location and helped by a gentleman that went beyond for me!! I was getting there after hours and he staged it at that gate for me!! I love a company that cares about a drivers time!! I'll be back!! The truck drove great!! I hated to deliver it!! Lol!! Definitely will be back!”

“This company is amazing! I was in the middle of moving when my car refused to start. The customer service representative I spoke with was fantastic! They immediately informed me that a driver was nearby and finishing up a job. The representative was friendly and made the situation stress-free. I received a call from the driver letting me know how long he would take to arrive and he was on time. He was also very pleasant and had no issues hooking up my car and moving it.”

“I arrived to rent a 5x9 pretty late in the afternoon. It was around 4:30pm and I needed to rent the U-Haul trailer, drive home to pick up a riding mower and then drop it off and then return to the U-Haul location prior to 7:00 pm. Because the workers were responsive and efficient (and a neighbor backed the trailer into my driveway when I couldn’t) I was able to accomplish my tasks and to return the trailer prior to closing. The young woman associate (I didn’t get her name) was especially helpful in getting the 5x9 trailer attached to and removed from my truck.”
“Some storage facilities do not have enough room to get larger items into the doorway but this facility does, in addition to the friendly staff and clean facilities. This is the best place I have been to.”
