I thought about posting a review for about a week and decided i had to. Called this shop and lady was super nice on the phone on a tuesday night. I told them that driver heard a loud pop around the turbo area and that he lost boost pressure. Code on dash was show Low boost pressure. The following day they took truck in the shop around 10 am. Few hours go by, I called to ask if any update. I was told I had a bad inlet pressure sensor. I right away said no, that is not the issue. Sensors don't blow up like that. I asked for a boost check multiple times. I was again told they are waiting on sensor from dealer. Censor came, and ofcourse didn't fix the issue. I even sent driver a picture of the possible tube that probably busted and asked him to show office lady or mechanics. They seemed annoyed and wouldn't listen to driver or look. In the end my mechanic was right and after a few more hours, we were told the egr tube we asked them to check, busted. Nice people overall, just please sometimes listen. Very similar issue happened to us before, so we are trying to help with what the issue can be. In today's market we can't afford paying thousands of dollars in repairs.

Sounds like there out r to just scam people there not doing a job to help there doing it to fill there own pockets and do not care about the customers

Shady business, they fixed our trailer for 2.5 hours, but charge us for 5 hours for labor, $150 per hour without pre notice. Stay away please

This place is a great "mom and pop" repair shop. Honest, fair, knowledgeable. Had some hub leaks repaired and ac condenser replaced. 100% recommended.

Garbage service. Charged me $893 and the tech didnt even fix the truck. Then threatened me with police action because i didnt pay them within the hour. Worst business Ive ever dealt with.
