I know he sees a lot of people in a day, but he always remembers me and my box number and helps me out. Love this place (as much as anyone can love a mailing center lol)”

“This Black owned establishment is well managed. The owner knows how to hire good staff and manage her staff. One of her staff members got out of line with me and she put them back in place asap, in front of me. The owner runs a tight ship. She will not make excuses when her staff drops the ball. This location opens on time. Staff are quick and efficient with the Amazon returns. Many thanks to Mckenzie (no name tag, so unsure of spelling) for telling me the trick with Amazon selling used items as new. Frankie is also very knowledahle and friendly. This is definitely my go-to spot for all my Amazon returns. I just wish they wore name tags. Because, they do a great job and it's hard to remember who's who with leaving reviews.”

“Drop and ship packages and mail there on a regular basis. It is a small Black owned business now competing with Walgreens who want their business too I prefer to deal with to keep small community based owner business open and people with jobs in the community.”
“My husband and I love love love this mail and more. We moved to TX in April of 2023 and still needed to receive mail. The owners went above and beyond to hold our mail and send it to us. This is the best customer service ever!!!”
“Absolutely exceptional customer service! They got me in and out so fast! Both representatives greeted me as I walked through the door. I had to go to this UPS location unfortunately because the UPS store in ellenwood has the worst customer service I ever seen. I needed to make a return through Happyreturns and the QR code was not loading however they were able to take my express code and I was in and out in like 10min. I wish I got the gentleman’s name but both of them were exceptional!”

“Went in for completion of an I9 document. It is located inside of the discount mall if anybody has issues finding the location. The owner was very attentive and kind. I was in and out without any issues at all. I would 100% recommend this location for any needs she can accommodate for you.”

“Wow! The service I received at this location from Shay and Brooke was exceptional! I went into this location which is located in the HUB / Hyatt hotel (Atlanta) and I was eagerly greeted by two ladies. I was a bit frazzled and needed help with printing images and shipping my packages! I can’t believe the service and the quality that was provided! They instantly put me at ease and made sure I was happy with the images that I needed to send out. There are quite a few fed ex locations on peachtree but this location at the Hyatt will be my go to because of the service provided thanks to Shay and Brooke. So grateful for their help and service today!”
