Delivered a Toyota forklift here today. Staff was very friendly. They had us in and out after putting into a dock as soon as we arrived.

I ordered high quality gym benches. They arrived scuffed up, and Old Dominion just dumped them in my driveway in a giant wood box that is going to be difficult to dismantle and dispose of. If you’re a residential customer and can avoid them, please do. The bar must be extremely low for residential freight delivery.
