“There aren't many true woodworking stores in the Atlanta area, either ITP or OTP. This is one. The people who work there are knowledgeable and willing to talk through any woodworking problem. The range of tools and supplies is huge. I worked with Phil who has been there over 30 years and who gave me several solutions to my issue of staining some wood to match an antique piece that I have. And.... did you know shellac comes from bugs!!! I thought it was from tree sap but no, bugs!”

“Wow! All I needed today was a can of touch up paint, so I did not expect that I would come home and feel compelled to write a Yelp Review about the paint store. The two gentlemen who run this store display kindness and customer service from a bygone era! As soon as I opened the door, they greeted me as if they had been waiting all day for me to stop by for my can of paint! As someone who just fully renovated my house and is still suffering PTSD from all of the hassle of THAT experience, I cannot recommend this paint store highly enough! What a treasure of a store with excellent customer service!”

“I placed an order, very reasonably priced product. Was notified it had shipped and would require a signature to be delivered. Jumped through all the hoops for UPS to leave it without me being at home. UPS left a sticky note saying they couldn't leave it without someone to sign. Called GA, spoke to a nice gentleman who explained that they do required signature to cover badly handled packages. He said they would reach out to UPS to help make sure my box got delivered, and it did with no further delays a couple hours later. Will order from them in the future, exceptional customer service.”

“I absolutely love this location. They have it so beautiful and well stocked. My latest visit was for flooring. Xavier, was the associate that I spoke with. He took time to explain the difference between the flooring options and gave me suggestions to fit my needs. Xavier was so helpful, this is the type of service you expect when you go into stores and he did not let me down. Even helped me to the front of the store because I had more in my hands than I came in to get. Amazing!!!”

“We went to the every first Saturday of the month at 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. even and it was amazing we made microscopes! They really got to hammer and nail and paint I loved it I live for that for my kids! We will be back every Saturday and this was a great location too the ladies at the front desk were pretty chill not a lot of answers for a lot of questions but they were young so I guess I expected but it's crazy cuz I'm young too so I don't know maybe an old story but we had fun that's the point!”

I went to Home Depot on Mt Zion to pick up a 100 ft extension cord that I had found on the app. The app said there was 58 at the store but when I got there the shelf was empty. An employee by the name of Malcolm was extremely helpful in listening to my dilemma and solved the problem by finding the cords. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back to Home Depot.”

“I have never in my life visited a Home Depot . If you can imagine upon entering the store I was very overwhelmed ! I went searching for a box that I could store very small thing in and some other miscellaneous items. I was walking around for approximately 5 minutes and asked two young gentlemen if they could help me . There names are Jacori and Tyroniq . Both young guys went above and beyond to provide me the best help they could . While I did not find the item , I found a store with great service and help that I will return to.”

“Not only did they have a part we couldn't find ANYWHERE else, Barry was extraordinarily pleasant and accommodating. Despite Google searches and practically begging auto part stores for any suggestions of where else to look, it was a fluke that we even found out this place exists, despite it being a large warehouse and sales facility for commercial quality industrial equipment, parts and supplies. We were bowled over! This amazing resource may be the best kept secret in the Atlanta area and for no good reason. Spread the word!”
