Worst. Parking lot is covered in 1 ft potholes destroyed my front bumper and almost got stuck. Central trailers landing gear have failed causing them to lean on trailers next to them. I have photos of 2 trailers putting dents into nearby trailers. The empty lot had no room for anything so I just dropped my empty at the front. The person at the front didn't have my bills so she told me to come back in the morning because they were closed. So I spent 15 dollars to bobtail park down the street only to find out in the morning they weren't closed. So I'm out 15 dollars and probably 4 hours driving which would have put me in a better position now looking for a load on Friday instead of 1500 Saturday. So thank you central transport for being awful in everything you do but somehow still stay in business.

I have never seen so many unhelpful, passive aggressive people in one place in my life. Was sent there to pick up a live load. Nobody, but nobody, even the alleged shift supervisor LeShawn, LaShon or however you want to spell it, would take my load pickup information. I was told quite bluntly, if I didn't have a loaded trailer number, they couldn't help me. I left with my empty trailer. Very nasty disgusting pothole filled place also. The ONLY nice person I encountered was a driver for Hub Group.

Prompt shipping and very helpful staff at the freight terminal on Bowman Industrial. The freight pickup process was painless. The only thing to note is their online tracking system does not update when your freight is delivered so you have to call the terminal and verify.

They grounds at this place is horrible. People have damaged their Trucks axles coming to this place. They need to close so they can fix and repair all of those monster a$$ pothole craters before someone get hurt

This yard is terrible. Pot holes and mini ponds all over. Sunday one truck got stuck it took 2 tow trucks to get him out. They need to fix this immediately.
