These guys are awesome to deal with. Wonderful selection and top notch service. Don't know where else you'll find exotics in stock especially on the southside but I'm also not looking anymore, I know where I'll take my business from now on.

Excellent selection of domestic and exotic wood, with enough stock to build just about anything you want. The staff is incredibly friendly, the showroom is laid out nicely, and the prices are fair. I live 40 plus miles away and make the trip for 90% of my custom builds.

The Wood Yard is your one stop wood shop and we are open to the public. Specialty wood location that handles domestic and exotic lumber in 4/4, 8/4 and also 12/4,16/4 in certain species We have a full line of live edge slabs, also in both domestic and exotic species. Remember to look out back at the fully stocked plywood building with hardwood and birch plywood. The Wood Yard can also flatten your table top or slab up to 6' wide and 18' long.
At The Wood Yard, we encourage you to pick through the lumber to select the right pieces for your particular job. We are woodworkers too and understand how just the right boards can make your project special. We provide lumber to the broader Atlanta, GA area and over the Internet.
