Danielle, the store manager greeted us politely and promptly as we entered the store. She waited o. Us with patience and enthusiasm. Her knowledge of the products was very helpful. We purchased a Ruby ring in celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary

The store is commerce is AMAZING!! Danielle the store manager was so helpful and answered all of my questions and then questions I didn’t even know I had! She also had a store full of people and handled the customer service with an exceeding amount of grace and I am so impressed. I will only buy from here from now on!!! Thanks Danielle!

I have bought two very nice rings at this location. This time I purchased one and then took it home and she wasn’t the biggest fan of the ring so I took it back up there, no problem right.. WRONG!!! They informed me I was 2 days over “the policy”and wouldn’t take it back under no circumstances without finding something equal or grater value. I even explained the issue with the one I got was too big and she wanted something much smaller. With that being said I was pretty much stuck with a 2400 ring and not once did the manager offer to lift a finger to tell the situation of a returning customer to see if someone could make a over ride. We even found a smaller version of that ring and asked if we could get the difference back with a restocking fee so we could have the ring she loves. All we got back was just “I am sorry”I would definitely not advise to do business with a company that has customer service this poor all it seems to matter is their bottom line they could honestly care less about past, present and future customers

Danielle Was absolutely amazing. I have no idea what I was looking for when I came in today, but she spoke with me for a few moments and was able to show me the most perfect Ring for my soon to be wife. This ring had a story and looked absolutely beautiful. She took her time with me and really made me feel like I got a tailored experience from a designer. I can’t wait to go back and pick up the ring!

Unprofessional to say the least, worse buying experience I have ever had will not be recommending to anyone if someone I don't like! They said these two rings was very close that's why they got them mixed up and gave me someone else's ring. I wore it a month before they called and told me they gave my boyfriend the wrong ring.
