These people steal drugs from patients!!! Open investigation through their OWN home office on January 10th due to some extremely fraudulent activity with this location, to whit I literally just heard from the home office branch for the ENTIRE franchise, and basically yeah. They stole my meds! But now they can't even get a response to this claim from this location....at all.....AND this criminal pharmacist can't be found. Even by their own home office!But go ahead, take your drugs there for these blatant theifs to take home and use for themselves. Have at it! If you're dumb enough to do that after reading this, you deserve to get your pills jacked by these crack heads working here!!!You should all be in jail!!!!!!!!

Horrible service by not only Pharmacy staff but Pharmacists as well. Dr Maliday or Blanco. I wouldn’t know because store Manger gave me one name and she gave me another. When asked for her License # to file a complaint her response was “look it up” this was all over they gave me the wrong information about a script refill. They were very condescending as if they didn’t make a mistake, after the Pharmacist already admitted she did. All I asked was for a little customer service. (Sir, I am sorry we made an error.) it would have been forgotten and we could have moved on. However, the pompous attitude by the pharmacy staff only escalated this to me taking it as far as I can. She should have just humbled herself a little and tried to resolve it instead of her nasty attitude. I understand why her staff thinks they can treat patients rudely. Don’t go here. You would get better customer service from a street drug dealer than this place. She should be ashamed of herself. Drive to Cornelia and deal with that staff. So much better! Angel is who started this whole thing with her incompetence. If she would just read. If she can read. None of this would have happened.

Rude pharmacy workers. Was told they do walkins for flu shots and got there around 4pm and they told me they don't do walkins and only appointments. I called back around 515pm about appointments and the guy told me they can take walkins as long as it is before 5pm. I asked him why I was turned away when I came in at 4pm and he denied I was ever there and I could make an appointment for tomorrow. When I asked to talk to their supervisor he just kept saying "I can't give you that information."

This is the most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever worked with. I had a 3 month supply of a prescription in which they filled 1 month and charged me for 3. When I got home and called them they told me they miss filled it and I needed to come back, return it and refill it. By this point they had already given my medication to someone else. Need I mention it was a half hour. They said they could give me the one month for $25 which is the price I traditionally pay for a 3 month supply, pay $200 for a 2 month supply or drive 2 hours to Milford to fill the script but they can’t guarantee it would be ready before they close. An hour before going to pick up the script, I called to confirm they would be able to fulfill the 3 month supply. The tech checked and confirmed they would be able to fill the entire supply. If I would not have called to address their initial miss fill, I would have had to pay 100% cash for my next 2 month. Even with this correction, they left me paying 200% more for my prescription due to incompetence. Additionally they wasted over an hour of my time driving back and forth trying to correct their inability to fill a prescription. Would highly recommend transferring your scripts if you want to ensure proper coverage with your insurance.

First time using Walgreen's and the last. A prescription was sent to Walgreen Pharmacy in Commerce, GA on 4/13/2023. I went to pick up the medicine on 4/17/2023. There was a note on the account that neither two sales reps nor the pharmacist could figure out. The pharmacy manager said Walgreen doesn't stock this medication as no contract with manufacturer. In 40 plus years of buying from pharmacies, this is the first time I didn't receive a call from the pharmacy regarding filling a prescription. Very poor and I will never use Walgreen's again.

Smart a#% manager kept repeating that they don't work for FedEx when I asked where my package was! Turns out it was on their shelf inside of Walgreens. If you accept FEDEX you are an agent. And YES WALGREENS gets PAID for the packages. Need a new manager!That's the whole world now , "isn't my problem!"

if i could give this place zero stars i would. me and my bf went inside the store 9:40pm on October 4 2022 and we bought 2 drinks from this store which was $4.12 and we paided Apple Pay. After the transaction my bf ask the cashier (Allie) if he could get 3 quarters for the mixed up change he had which was worth .75 cashier reply I don’t think I have 3 quarters in my drawer. Next customers behind was paying with all quarters. When she was cashing them out she going to say she don’t think she could give us the 3 quarter. Luckily the customers at the registers switch out with us and gave her the change. When we went inside it wasn’t no workers in the front waited at least 2-3 mins before she finally came to the front.

I would like to leave zero stars but that’s not an option. I have experienced many problems with this pharmacy. They have lost one of my prescriptions, say things are ready when they aren’t, sit on prescriptions that my doctor has called in for days. It’s just a nightmare. And you better plan to be there for an hour because that’s the minimum it takes to get service there. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY.

Close and convenient. Everyone is nice and helpful. Considering usual low staffing, they seem to do well. Prices on my RX tend to be a little better than other places.

Being Stage 4 Breast Cancer, it is important that I learn to shoulder some of the responsibility in my prescriptions. One week out of any, I call Walgreens and give a heads up. Not only to make sure all are in stock but also to alleviate any problems where I would have to get my Doctor to call in a new refill prescription. Overall, I'm always extremely impressed with the customer service! Love the staff! Always welcoming!

I dropped a prescription yesterday 02/02/2022 , but the laydysaid they can get it done till the next day, I told her the I neededthis because pain,but she ignored that , I was there 6:15 pm, ..I have to work the next day, so I don't have time or anyone to pick the prescription, I was in pain all night and I'm in pain right now, this will be the last time I will get anything from this place, she had plenty time to fill this prescription, but she chose not to!! I was very polite, but I can't tell she didn't have a good day, sorry but , is not my fault, find a different career...I won't come back there again.. ok....I went back today to get my prescription and they didn't know nothing about it!!! worst place!!

My doctor sent in a prescription at 4pm, which Walgreens app said would be ready at 4:45pm. I went in to pick it up at 6:45pm, but it wasn't filled. They close the pharmacy at 7pm. The pharmacist said they don't keep that medicine in stock, so he'd order it and have it in two days. Cost was $334, so he wanted to make sure I could afford it before ordering it. I asked why could no one call to ask me in the almost 3 hours since the prescription was sent to them, since I needed it immediately. He said well it's to late to be calling around other pharmacies to get it filled elsewhere, and they'd have it in two days. I immediately called Walmart which is open until 9pm. They said they had it and would call Walgreens to get it transferred. It was $90, not the $334 Walgreens was gonna charge me. Plus they had it filled and waiting on me when I arrived 10 minutes later.

i opened a case with walgreens corporate in October, 2021 and was promised a reply within days... follow up calls and emails on the case with a promised resolution still outstanding. unfortunately, the location in question doesn't have a claimed yelp page. so will continue to leave reviews for all Walgreens until resolved. the claim file against: Walgreens Address: 3925 Peachtree Rd NE, Brookhaven, GA 30319, United States until walgreens gets back to me with evidence otherwise, the location listed above engages in prescription mismanagement and improper record keeping. i've provide photos and documentation to the corporate claims department.... crickets!
