Save your time and go somewhere else!! My wife called yesterday to have her life saving inhaler pulled from another pharmacy and was told it wouldn’t be done that day. So she told them we needed it this morning since we were going out of town. Called this morning and after being on hold for 30 mins was told it was not put it yesterday!!! And blamed it on a floater that was working!!! Unacceptable and my family will NOT be using this Walgreens pharmacy!!

I dropped a prescription yesterday 02/02/2022 , but the laydysaid they can get it done till the next day, I told her the I neededthis because pain,but she ignored that , I was there 6:15 pm, ..I have to work the next day, so I don't have time or anyone to pick the prescription, I was in pain all night and I'm in pain right now, this will be the last time I will get anything from this place, she had plenty time to fill this prescription, but she chose not to!! I was very polite, but I can't tell she didn't have a good day, sorry but , is not my fault, find a different career.... ok....I went back today to get my prescription and they didn't know nothing about it!!! worst place!!

This location needs to do better.Rude pharmacy techs. If you don't take a specific insurance anymore, you need to call the ones trying to get meds (for their kids) to inform them. Don't roll your eyes when you are kindly given this advise, don't hang up and turn your back on the drivetru window. The very heavy set woman in the pharmacy needs to learn major customer service skills. The manager needs to not lie to the doctors office when they are "busy" when the pediatrician nurse is continuously placed on hold with no answer "pick up and hang up" repeatedly in a 15-20 min window. (I know it was a lie, my teen boys went inside while this was going on).... even they had an issue with the front check out clerks and their rudeness. All Walgreens have lost my future services

I usually have no problem with the Walgreens pharmacy but when my child who was in need of medicine ASAP and has TRICARE I was told by two of there employees that they do not take tricare and tried to give me the run around when in fact THEY DO TAKE TRICARE PLEASE NEVER LET THEM TELL YOU THEY DONT.Thankfully I was able to get ahold and talk to someone who finally got my child’s medication field and was nothing but nice and ready to help me. I just hope they remind there pharmacist of all the insurance they do take since some have clearly forgotten. I’m not one to leave awful reviews but please double check if you have tricare and they tell you other wise .

I stop by the Commerce Walgreen Pharmacy only once a month. The sweetest girl works there her name is Kristen I'm not sure of her last name. I am always greeted with a smile and am called by name. She is a pleasure to have wait on me.

I dropped off two prescriptions. Went to pick them up and was told they only had one ready and the other would take a day or two, no issue. I check out and pay $40 for my first prescriptions. I ask how much the 2nd one will be, $170. That did not sound right to me so I called my insurance and was told it should be $15. My insurance called and was told $15. I then asked how much my other one is suppose to cost. $7. They over charge whether or not you have insurance or not. I will never go here again and would recommend finding another pharmacy.

by filling RX or telling yu and your doctors what procedure are. Had my RX in for over 2 months. I have been insulin there for 25 years I hope to receive some before I die.
