Worst place to go you do everything on the phone get told to come down and had choose but get there and only had one option after driving and hour an a half and the sales associate was rude and not willing to help in any way I won't be sending anyone here

10/10 would not recommend . They sale running hot cars that need new tires soon as you leave the lot . They refuse to fix anything because it “has nothing to do with them”. Spent over 1000 after putting down 2500 for a car a month later . Not only that they wanted me to keep paying on a non-drivable car . Save your money and time ! DONT DO IT

Complete and utter liars. Darin the so called sales rep is a liar. He will lie. Told us the numbers from lenders then when we came to do business the numbers doubled. He was too cowardly to even be there. His coworker kicked us out the store for no reason. Reading that they sale lemons I’m not surprise. We definitely dodged a bullet.

Best experience got me in the car wanted within two hours. That’s the service very friendly well aware of vehicle all in all I would advise anybody to come here to get the next vehicle.

I would advise against purchasing from them. They sell bad cars and try to rip you off to have them repaired. I purchased a car from them and 2 weeks after I had to have it repaired. ($1400) then after that, the engine went bad. They said they would repair it and add it into the payments on the car. Which would push my payments to 700 every other week. I told them that was ridiculous. And then the week after the brake booster went out. That was gonna be even more money...and since they would not fix it. I politely returned the car. And went to Rick Case and purchased one. But they reported it to the credit bureau as an INVOLUNTARY REPOSSESSION WHICH REFLECTED NEGATIVELY ON MY CREDIT. And my daughter's friend bought a car also. It quit a week after less than a mile away from the lot. And they charged her 150 to pick it up and it took them 2 weeks to fix the car....just an outright rip off, BUY @ YOUR OWN RISK DONT DO IT

Darrin went above and beyond to make sure i got into a SUV of my liking and within my downpayment budget, He let me drive every SUV on the lot and explained to me the 6 month warranty 6k mile which ever comes first, They also report to credit bureau every 30 days.. i would definitely recommend. Application process takes 10-15 mins and it takes abt 30 mins for the loaners to contact the dealership to tell them what u are accepted for. He also gave my son a free fire truck toy really good atmosphere. They dont rush u. They let me drive each of the cars for however long i wanted. Definitely recommend!!!! Ask for Darrin tell him Josh Pust sent ya!!!

My Husband & I went to Square 1 to get a RELIABLE vehicle. We got a Honda Pilot & noticed off the muscle the vehicle had a real bad shake when you tap the brakes. Well after 5 (weekly) payments the car wouldn't crank at all. Just a heads up the "warranty" on these vehicles consist of you having to pay out of pocket for the tow and $150 deductible to repair the garbage they sale you. After speaking to the finance manager she agreed to have our car towed to their mechanic. We'll come to find out, the car has been previously financed to a few other people & towed MANY TIMES and been repaired MANY TIMES that each person ended up sending the car back & accepting their loss. The vehicle the guy sold us apparently has a major computer issue, that can be fixed "temporarily" only to short out again later on. The car was actually marked CASH ONLY in the lot because of these known issues but the guy at the lot took advantage of my husband and I and our immediate need for a vehicle and financed it to us anyway, knowing the vehicle was NOT reliable and a CASH ONLY car. If it was possible I'd give the crooks ZERO stars! Stay away from this corrupt money hungry people! Go else where to get you a reliable vehicle because these folks will only leave you stranded! I will be reporting them to the better business bureau for how we've been done!

Darrin was amazing he worked with me so much and with my time. He made so much effort even when there was a little inconvenience he helped so much and made up for it. He was great and very honest from the get. They are very caring about what happens to you after you leave from the lot they don’t just let you go and don’t care no more no they really do. I have had a few questions and they answer them all. I love my car !

This is for Sara. I am sorry you feel that way. As for selling you a broken car that is incorrect. You failed to mention the first car you purchased from us you also said had issues. So without any hesitation we let you pick something else out hassle free. As for the first car we stressed tested for day no issues and i it is being driven every day without any issues. As for the second one. The weeks after you had the motor had issues. You and you dad test drove it and said it was perfect. We cant foresee what happens weeks from now. You also left the important part out of your review that we are putting you a brand new motor in your car because we warranty every vehicle we finance. So please refrain from leaving negative post about my company because it would be terrible if they seen a review like that before your car gets fixed.

Alex is great! He was extremely helpful, wonderful attitude. He was able to get my daughter into a vehicle. She and I both highly recommend Alex and Square 1 auto!!
