Title: Customer Service Experience at T-Mobile Commerce, Ga - Unfortunate EncounterRating: ⭐️I recently had an unfortunate experience at T-Mobile that compelled me to share my feedback. My encounters with the staff, particularly with Bobby, left much to be desired.I have faced considerable challenges dealing with different representatives from the company. The inconsistency in information provided and the subsequent inability to address issues has been a frustrating aspect of my interactions. Clarity and uniformity in communication seem to be lacking.Specifically, Bobby, whom I found to be rude and inconsiderate, played a significant role in shaping my negative perception. In my 24 years of being in customer service myself, I was disheartened by the lack of professionalism demonstrated. Unfortunately, Bobby's influence led me to switch from T-MOBILE and advise my neighbors to do the same, a decision that will be implemented in May.My visit to the Commerce, GA store was disappointing, and I feel compelled to caution others. The level of customer service I experienced was, without a doubt, the worst I have encountered. Bobby's behavior reflects poorly on the company and raises concerns about the state of customer service in general.In conclusion, my experience at T-Mobile Commerce, Ga has left me dissatisfied, primarily due to the inconsistent information provided and the unprofessional behavior of a key staff member. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement in customer service practices at the store.Update: Following the initial review, the proprietor has provided a response that appears to demonstrate limited concern regarding the reported staff behavior. The response appears to follow a generic and possibly templated format. In light of the gravity of the situation, efforts are underway to escalate the matter to the corporate level. It is imperative to address such issues promptly and earnestly, considering their significance in today's context, rather than dismissing them.

My family visited this location today to see our options for phone upgrades. Wheat was absolutely amazing and thoroughly explained all of our options and how it would affect our bill. We walked out with three new phones and an even better plan. Thank you, Wheat!

worst place ever tried the internet supose to be for 11 days free sent it back in 7 days was not supposed to get a bill but did for$50 called they was supposed to fix it because there mistake then i get a bill for $21 with a $7 dollar late fee for a a bill i should never had and now they say they can’t take the $7 off and if i don’t pay it it will add another $7 every month. i have never seen where a company could not fix there mistake but i have now witst company ever

"I went to upgrade my iPhone from 12 to 15. A young girl at the store refused to sell unless I upgraded my family plan, which would have been $50 more expensive per month. I stayed there for 2 hours. Eventually, I had to go to T-Mobile in Athens, and they upgraded it in just a couple of minutes. The service there was excellent, and the staff was knowledgeable.Despite reading some negative reviews, I still came to the store, and unfortunately, the service was as disappointing as expected."

We went to buy two new phones, the person (charlyn)attending us was not fully aware of the plans so the manager (jai) was involved too after making us wait for 1:30 hour they finally tell us they do not have the phones as we just wanting to buy phones and did not wanted to upgrade up plan as they wanted us to do. Also checking online it shows that the location had the phones available. On presenting our disappointment with the kind of service, one of the guy told us to leave or they would call the cops. Worst service ever received.

Star Link modem didn't work. I returned it. Now they have added 30 dollars on my bilas the cs guy changed my plan. Imept service and screwy 5g phone. Now * have arguments over everything I try to do on this demon possessed phone. I hate it and the store it came from too

The cancelation policy is unfair.After being a customer for 7 years, I decided to switch carriers due to not using all my lines (4) and to save $$. After going on the app and canceling through my main line, I switched. Fast forward 2 months later, I got a $500 bill. Apparently, I didn't cancel correctly, even though 2 of my lines were on another carrier. I called them to dispute, but they sent it to collections FML. T-mobile has a bad cancelation process.

T-Mobile has great deals . Got a Revvl 6Pro,5g.. also got a 20+Tablet. Got the Go 5 g plus. They have Netflix on Us on the plans. No complaints

We have been T-Mobile customers for many years. This is by far the worst branch I have ever been to. Their customer service is horrible. They have very poor Character. If you don't listen carefully they will add features that you did not ask for and do not want.

Zack provided us superior customer service when we switched from AT&T to T-Mobile. It was a lengthy process but he tackled every bit of it!
