HIGHWAY ROBBERY AT ITS FINEST! Careful when using this company! They showed up out of nowhere, seemed cool, seemed honest but charged me outrageously for 4 screws and 10-15 minutes of his time. I get that it may have costed a lot more to have my truck and trailer towed but my truck was in the turning lane of the shop, a football field away. SMH! I anticipated a hour service charge at most, they charged me $250 and I didn’t ask for their help! Not once! They offered, I figured most people on this side of town is reasonable and fair I was going to give him $100 just because he so happened to be right there but noooo they’re greedy! ONLY USE THEM IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE OR AS YOUR LAST RESORT!

When events happen in life that are undesirable and require clean up, it makes such a difference to encounter those people that kindly help you through. That was my experience here on the loss of my vehicle. Thank you ?

My car breakdown they showed up in less than half hour and price is reasonable definitely recommend them and will be our first choice if we need a tow again.

These guys were awesome I couldn't be mad at them for doing their job with an illegal tow ordered by Jefferson Housing Authorities. They were very friendly and helpful. If I had to be towed by anyone glad it was by them!!! Lol

Driver was nice starting out, but didn’t listen to simple instructions and made things much more of a hassle and headache than they needed to be. Told him where to drop vehicle off, and he didn’t do that the first time and got mad when I told him AGAIN when we got there. Cheap and good for if you’re in a pinch… but that’s about it. Driver was very unprofessional and did not call me to notify me he was on his way.Service: Vehicle wrecking
