Awful. We came back to this Sally’s multiple times in a day and they NEVER opened. Like why? I understand things happen, maybe leave a note on the door?? One Sally’s in the area, let’s try to do better. Thanks for nothing.

I went in there with my grandma to get her hair dye and there was a girl with (badly dyed) red hair at the register that was EXTREMELY rude and unfriendly. To top it all off she was texting on her phone the entire time we were checking out and couldn’t even look up from her phone long enough to hand my grandma the receipt and threw it on the floor. people like this SHOULD NOT work in customer service or even have a job.

Never shopping here again. Period. I purchased hair extensions at 5pm today at the Bethlehem location and needed to return them a couple hours later because they were to thin (I didn’t fully take them out of box or put them in) I went to commerce and tried to return them it was 10 mins until close but the girl there kept saying she “closed down the registers” because it was closing time. She finally tried to return it but said it was not in the system that I had bought them. (I did not have a receipt I was not told I needed that to return in) prior to going to commerce I called Bethlehem Sally’s they said it would be fine for me to return it without a receipt, because I would be in the system because I’m a sally member. This girl in commerce said it wasn’t there and I’m BEYOND furious. there has to be poor training because it was reflected in the information I was receiving.the customer service is not there period. I am going to try tomorrow at the store I purchased them at but will never shop at another Sally’s. absolutely horrible.

The girl with the purple hair I feel bad I was so stressed out I did not get her name . she gave me the right products and my hair turned out perfectly fine she was sweet professional and very caring it was a great experience
