If I could rate this 0. That would be a blessing. Thus bank is pathetic and probably the wost bank in America. If your any other race then white don't plan to have a good experience here. They lie and pick and choose what account they wanna open. I have Receipts that i will post . Names at the Commerce Ga. Who I personally delt with and to look into. Katie , Missy, and the Branch Manager. Female- Chris Curry who refused to speak with me after I ask a few questions threatening to call the call on me. about opening a account. With the previous Associates listed above. Just wow. Will be updating this one. More to come. This is probably the worst bank location in GA. Stay tuned. Anyone has any problems with this bank as will contact me so we can get together compare.

The ladies at the branch are fantastic, however if your opening a business account take you business somewhere else. They charge you for handling cash, they charge you to dispute unauthorized transaction, they never have enough money in the banks to do large cash transaction. They threaten to close your account if you make regular deposits between 8,000-10,000. Saying you are “structuring” meaning your avoiding the IRS form you must fill out. However they never tell you how much is the threshold to appear as posturing. The branches are not authorized to do hardly anything more than open accounts and order check/cards. Go somewhere else if you need a business bank. With that being said the people who work here are amazing people. Especially Katie and Missy other than that. Regions is literally the worst bank.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Regions branch in Commerce. They are welcoming, kind and professional. Katie Marlowe is always super responsive to whatever I need. I am the director of a non-profit in Guatemala and she is an expert at dealing with some of the transfers and issues I bring to her. She has also made wonderful suggestions for our personal accounts. When my mother-in-law was alive she assisted us with her financial problems as well. Kudos always to Katie!

I've been a customer with region banks for a long time. The first account I open believe it or not was completely free. Now some years later I'm with them again. The Clark's here know me by name just like most all the other customers. What I like about it is they still are professional and friendly no matter how good they know you they still require ID for you to access your account which I think is perfect.

Called to speak with someone about my account and they would not give me any information about my own account, I think it’s time for me to go to another bank and close my account with these people.. not happy at all

Regions has everything to satisfy your monetary needs. Checking, savings, credit cards, IRA's, CD's, mortgages. You can even set up accounts for your kids. Consider it your one stop financial shop, if you will. All you need is the proper ID and an appointment with a banker to set up most accounts. Or, just walk in and settle any other financial transaction. Easy as pie.

Went in to open a checking account today 10/15 was told to set in the lobby well i don't know which lobby cause I guess the one I was setting in was not right. I was next to the door the one lady in her office on computer didn't ask if I needed anything. Other lady who just finished with two customer walked out of her box multiple times not even once asked me or even acknowledge I was there. I don't know what lobby part I was post to be in but apparently I matched the wall cause nobody saw or even cared to see what I was there for. Very slow service and nobody really seems to care. Won't return.

Was trying to cash a pharmacy refund check for my father who has had an account for 60 years plus. I have had an account since I was 17. They would not cash the check that Dad endorsed and I signed with my account number.Have cashed lots of checks before.....rude and didn't seem to care!!!!Will strongly consider changing banks in the very near future.Poor customer service,,,,,,,they used to be a good bank that cared about their customers.

I'm starting to consider switching banks if they don't get that atm machine right ...everytime I try to deposit or withdraw money the atm is always broke or is updating software
