I'm the middle of a road trip, my vehicle flipped it's lid and the check engine light started blinking. After calling all around town at the behest of my dealership, these wonderful folks had me bring it in. Everywhere else was booked up and uninterested.
RCS had me all fixed up and back on the road in record time and at a remarkably decent price. So kind, friendly, and excellent work! If they were in my home town, they'd be my new mechanics.
Thank you again for making what was initially a scary event so easy to navigate. I made it to my next stop without any further trouble!

Honest michanic. They’ve been working on my truck and work van for a while with no complaints whatsoever. They’ve always replaced what’s needed. It’s hard to find a honest michanic and I’m glad I found them. Highly recommend them. It’s a great family owned shop that you can go for your car needs.

Honest? I think not. I went in to see if they could replace a low beam light on my car. The genius said oh we have to remove the bumper. In other words this would turn into a $100 dollar plus charge for a 5 minute at most repair. Did not think that was correct. went home and googled, They are not even close, no tools needed. So if you want to throw money away and sit in a nasty front office, be my guest

Drove my car in for service for the heat, had to tow it home!!! Now the car want stay running, all lights are on dash, want go over 10miles per hr. What was done to the car was intentionally by the mechanic. Taking it to another mechanic now, more money. What he doesn't know is I had it diagnosed before brought it. The lady at the front desk so rude and need a attitude adjustment. Clearly this isn't there first time around. Court will be my only legs at this point. RCS Automotive is a waste of money, please keep searching, trust me, please.

Terrible customer service! Have been a 3 time repeating customer and the first time was great! Second time they took over a week to fix a part that would only take a little over an hour! Third time the female owner had a bad attitude upon me asking a simple question, she then continued to have an attitude and calling names and told me to take my business else where! So I will gladly spend my hard earned money at a more professional shop!

The lady at the counter is not knowledgeable about vehicles and has a horrible attitude. Would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy. Horrible experience.
