So back in June they closed my debit card from a hacker (without informing me) I had to to ask why my card was declining!!! and was finally told they closed the card due to the dark web… Today I noticed Venmo payments that weren’t made by me coming out of my account which caused over $150 in overdraft thank god I noticed today cause I wasnt informed once again…

If your pregnant, don’t go here. It does not have restroom for pregnant women either. I wonder where the employees go to restroom. I had to hold my pee entire time to just open a bank account.

Pinnacle of poor customer service. I will be closing my account of over 15 years due to the unnecessary obstacles created by the call center staffers. They are rude and incompetent.
