I took a very nice fur trimmed wool cape for cleaning and repair of a small hole. They kept if for over a month- went to pickup and they couldn't find it. When they located it- the repair was done by placing an ugly 3D flower patch over the hole! I would have worn with a hole before I would wear with this terrible ugly patch on it! Will never use them again! I wanted it repaired and without adding something to it! I should have been asked before they put an ugly patch on it!

Poor service.. would not recommend.. I use to go there several years ago and it was wonderful. Not sure if new owner took over or they just don't care. Dropped off a shirt to wear to wedding, they were closed for business several days with no way to get clothes out.. poor management.

Wish you could select zero stars. This is the worst dry cleaners we have ever used. Bought a new suit and 3 high end dress shirts. Picked up Friday evening for a wedding on Sat. Opened plastic bag sat and everything was wrinkled and worse then when it went in. 2 of the shirts had multiple stains on them. Wish I would have read reviews on this place. If you value your items do not go to this place. Read other reviews. I don't know how this place is even still in business.

I wish i could give this place 0 stars. Last year, my parents took my beautiful new dress to get cleaned and it came back in time for the occasion. On the night of the occasion, i removed the plastic cover and noticed something was off. It smelled absolutely disgusting. The smell was so strong, it was obvious someone had worn it. I'm in love with this dress but even after my mother tried hand washing it, the smell is VERY present. I'm very upset, I really want to wear this dress to a wedding i'm attending this weekend, but the smell just won't go away. It didn't smell like this before my parents took it to this establishment, also, my mom took hers in as well and it didn't come back smelling like mine. I don't know what y'all did to my dress, but i'm absolutely devastated. I definitely don't recommend anyone taking their clothing to this dry "cleaners."

Do not use this dry cleaner.Dishonest and rude owner. I brought in a pair of wool pants that were part of a $300 wool suit. Apparently they put it in with someone else’s clothes that had a magic marker left in the pocket. When I went to pick them up I saw the damage they said don’t worry will fix it. When I came back to pick them up they had rubbed so hard where the magic marker was they actually made holes in the pants. The owner asked me what I wanted him to do. Trying to be nice I said: “ I know these things happen, so just give me a $50 dry clean credit.” He said no problem. I said can I get a receipt saying that and he said don’t worry I won’t forget… A little while goes by I bring in a suit I go to pick it up I had to pay in full he says he don’t remember any credit. I tried to reason to him and he said look I don’t care if you don’t like it go put it on Facebook.Extremely rude owner stay away! If you don’t believe me look at all the other reviews

I called to see if this business could clean my husband’s Class A uniform for a funeral we needed to attend for a fellow firefighter. I called multiple times, but no one answered the phone. I finally left a message explaining my situation and never received a call back. Will not be giving them my business in the future.

I took a coat I needed to take with me to work out of state the following Sunday to Peerless on a Tuesday and it was promised for that Friday by 4 pm. Granted they are closed Wednesday. But that left what was left of the work day Tuesday, all of Thursday and most of the day Friday. I showed up just before closing on Saturday, giving them an extra half a day to get it done. I showed up and the woman at the front said it wouldn't be done until Monday, that they are treating a stain on the sleeve. The "stain" was mud from where I fell in our yard. Why would they clean the coat before getting the mud off? I guess I should have taken a washrag and cleaned the mud off myself and be done with it. But I figured I've had the coat for a while anyway so I should probably go ahead and get it dry cleaned. It sounds like they didn't start it on Thursday when they reopened. Plus, they had my phone number (well it's actually my wife's cell). Why couldn't they call and tell us not to bother coming to get the coat until Monday? Why make me waste time and gas coming to pick it up a day after it was promised? So if you have time to wait a week to get your stuff cleaned, take it to Peerless. If you don't, take it somewhere else.
