Jeff was awesome! Came out when he said he would. He was super knowledgeable and when the problem turned out to be an easy fix( faulty electrical cord), he gave me advice how to fix it myself and didn't even charge me for his time. The negative reviews do not reflect my experience AT ALL. Would give 10 stars if I could!Service: Electrical

Jeff promised to arrive and never came. Then when he got he talk nonstop on his phone. Then he left for for the day to get parts and never came back. When he finally finished the job he came up with about $4800. My parent were floored and refused to pay him that outrageous amount, seeing that he did not bring an assistant and my father who was recovering from cancer and a stroke helped him every step of the way including bleeding the brakesfor hours. After this he magically found “his” mistake and then the brakes were able to be bled. Upon returning to Ma we had a qualified tech looked at the job he was appalled that he tried to charge that much for changing the 2 front lines that run from the master cylinder to the box underneath. Keep in mind that these are in the wide open and should have taken no more than 7 hours to make from scratch. Jeff is not a qualified brake tech, he left everything hanging. Shame on you! It’s hard to believe you would charge so much for talking on the phone all day. If you would have got off the phone and concentrated on the job, my parent’s wouldn’t have had to pay for your mistakes. Bottom line Jeff is not a professional and should find something he is good at. I had a hard time finding his business online, because he give you an invoice in in the name of So & So repair service. Another fraudulent practice to avoid bad reviews no doubtService: Brakes

End of June 2019. Wasted 2 days time, mainly waiting on promised arrival times which came & passed. We found out roadside assistance company dispatched him from ANOTHER STATE!! We were in TN. That was the 1st of the problems. Lack of communication from his office until we had our roadside assistance company step in and contact them to find out why they missed several arrival times. Roadside assistance paid for his travel time there, but he wanted $150 for his travel back to his home state (Georgia) - which Muttly's wanted up front. We were disabled in Pigeon Forge TN. At no time did Muttly's ever indicate why they did not meet for promised appointment times. Sat in disabled RV for 5 hours the first day while promised arrival times came & went. Arrived with very young apprentices who made us sign on their telephone - agreements to charges not yet incurred. We thought that was strange, but what else were we supposed to do? Next day promised to be back 1st thing early in morning with sensor for a quick repair (was not the sensor, the sensor was working correctly according to the CAT repair facility). Finally arrived early afternoon??!! - Another day wasted. Determined that ECM may be bad, quoted us $5K for the ECM (he told our roadside assistance people $6K). Found out later about bad reviews on rv repair reviews website and got a 2nd opinion - from a different mobile repair guy that should have been sent out in the first place (local - the one the RV park told us we should have used). 2nd opinion told us that a mobile repair tech could not possibly diagnose & repair this on side of road and to have it towed to local Cat Shop. After telling Muttly's that we no longer wanted him back to repair our rig, his office called back the next day and told us the repair (for a $50 part) and excessively overcharged hours would total $1,200 which we immediately protested due to incorrect hours charged, and obscure misc. fees, etc. They stated we had no choice because we electronically signed the "blank check" stating we would pay whatever they decided. They finally agreed to reduce the charge to $816, but still managed to charge us "shop supplies" fees they had also agreed to remove, for the - get this - "wear & tear/use of his tools". We found that out when we received the email receipt of payment that they had not removed those fees. I have NEVER EVER heard of a repair provider charging you for using their own tools. Roadside Assistance apologized and asked us if we wanted another roadside tech (NO) and agreed quickly to tow us without charge due to the problems we had with Muttly's and their error in not sending us a better technician. We were towed 7 miles at no cost to us. We ended up getting the ECM replaced at a nearby Cat Repair Facility 7 miles away for a TOTAL of $3755 - and that included the cost of a new ECM & all the labor. Run far far away from this repair service. Always take the advice of the RV park owners when they suggest decent/ethical repair people.

Jeff was awesome. Walked me through different things to do toget my LCI Electronic Leveling unit working over the phone. Lucky for me it was a way to reset the system. Saved me a bunch of money for Jeff not having to come out. I am a very HAPPY camper.
