This place is a joke and a scam. We took our truck here because it had two codes which we provided both codes to this shop (one code was an evap leak and the other code was a governor pressure sensor) I told the mechanic and the woman working the phone several times do not worry about the governor pressure sensor code since the transmission is under warranty that we only wanted the evap leak found. This job should have only taken about an hour or two trying to find the evap leak but I gave them over a week!!! Everytime I called the gentleman would tell me they haven't gotten to it yet or that they were about to work on it the next morning. After calling multiple times the woman at the front kept asking if they are suppose to fix the transmission and I would tell her no every time that I only wanted the evap leak found. I called today to see maybe if they found the leak and low and behold she's asking me if they are fixing the transmission pressure sensor. They never worked on the evap leak so I wasted a whole week and when we went to pick it up they wanted us to pay for a diagnostic test??? We did not pay and will gladly take our business elsewhere if you use this shop good luck and I hope you have a better experience than we did.

I really want to highly Recommend this auto shop, my water pump gave out and they replaced it and also the serpentine belt which i didnt know i needed they fix it also i had a small bumper dent they fixed also it was small but i def. Needed dent out as well. They are friendly, honest and I don't take my car anywhere else in commerce. 10 out of 10

I'm disappointed in my recent visit here. I usually came here all the time, I enjoyed the people who worked there. They were polite and quick and cost efficient. I gave the 3 stars only because of the mechanics that I spoke to were still as polite and consistent as ever. I address my issue of a slow air leak in a tire, the gentleman I spoke to told me my possible causes and what we could check for. He directed me into the office to discuss costs and when they could do it. The lady, I will say as politely as I can, was dressed nice and seemed friendly until I talked to her about what the mechanic and I discussed. She immediately said "No! We don't do tires here! We aren't a tire shop!" She asked me who told me to come to her. I showed her, she snatches the side door open to yell at him about it, she's leaned against the door to try to hide her behavior from customers. I pulled the door and she looked at me so angrily. If they get rid of her, I may come back.

My car was there for over a month and I had to have it towed to a different mechanic because they couldn't figure it out. I even had to pay $500, and did not get a refund because of their negligence and inability to perform their job

Amazing! I had my car breakdown(misfiring cylinder) relatively close to the shop and pulled in. They had everything fixed and had me back on my way within an hour. Very respectable and great customer service!

Took my Taurus to have them quote repair. Declined the repair. When the car was returned they had taken the steering wheel pump and replaced it with an old very dirty used one. Also broke the passenger side mirror and fixed it with black electrical tape.

My engine light was flashing and my car start to shake at 15 mph. Took it Miranda's to get an diagnostic test.it was my ignition coil, mass air sensor and needed new spark plugs. He gave me the best price in town, plus was active with the mechanic to make sure everything was smooth. Miranda and his Crew is Friendly and Honest. Thanks Guys

I had engine problems on my way to North Carolina, and they made it a high priority to get things working so I could get back on the road. Everyone was very nice and professional, and they took the time to show me exactly what was going wrong and which parts needed to be replaced. If I could, I would make the drive back to Georgia and go to Miranda's every time my car needed some help.
