Tammy was incredible. Beyond incredible. She’s practically a saint.
Today I went to a well known ladies undergarment store in the outlet malls looking for bras after weight loss. After an hour there with no assistance in sizing and a salesperson telling me “I don’t have time for sizing today” I left in near tears.
As a last ditch effort before leaving the outlet malls I googled “bra sizing near me”. Broad I know. To my surprise, Lane Bryant popped up and was just across the parking lot. Five minutes later I walked in hesitant and still watery eyed. Tammy listened to my story and without hesitation jumped into action. Within minutes she had me measured correctly, had pulled MULTIPLE options from the racks based on WHAT I NEEDED, and had me into a room. She was like the Liam Neison of braziers.
She checked on me and continued to try options until we got the perfect one. Which of course- I bought in all the colors.
Overall I was fitted and CONFIDENT in under 20 minutes. Tammy is a girls girl all the way around. Give this woman the biggest raise!

I live in Ellenwood Georgia and we purposely came to the Mall to go to the Lane Bryant and the Nike stores. I went into Lane Bryant first. The older lady in Lane Bryant made me feel less than human. I can feel the hatred in her . She did a so calll fitting for a bra and I have on a jogging pant outfit. She give me two different sizes that may be suitable for me. I started out in Customer Service and her behavior was totally unacceptable. I advice anyone that isn't African American, Hispanic or Asian to not visit this particular Lane Bryant EVER. I advice Corporate to do several Secret Shoppers visits to this locations. I ended up purchasing a few PRODUCTS from Bed Bath & Beyond and I was HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I visited NIKE and everyone in the store was very helpful, and extremely polite. So one wanted My Money. I don't know if you're familiar with the movie Pretty Woman but I felt like Julia Roberts . I spent a nice amount of money in Tanger. So, Lane Bryant BIG, BIG BIG MISTAKE I pray you all work on COMMISSION. Nothing against the mall but Lane Bryant gets a 0 for SERVICE. Have a Great Evenings, and screen you employees better.

Very disappointed. Was not greeted nor offered a fitting room. 3 Employees were standing around chatting at the register I felt like it was interrupting their personal conversation to ask for assistance with finding a bathing suit. Won’t be back!
