Super clean, well-stocked store. This was my first visit and I came here to grab something for lunch. Pleasantly surprised with the options. Had a HUGE salad bar, and wings bar. Behind the counter, you can order subs, mountains of freshly prepared Chinese food (which looked delish!), soups and several other hot items. They also had a small Coca-Cola freestyle machine to get your soda fix.

I generally am very pleased with this store as well as the employees that work there. The reason this store does not get 5 stars is because of an employee by the name of Alexis. I have been in her line twice and she never spoke a word or looked up at me. She is extremely unfriendly. Shy maybe? But she comes across as rude and unfriendly. I will avoid her lane in the future.

Cashiers were very rude on many occasions I am a local but will not shop at Ingles anymore The manager seems to be clueless and uncaring when concerns are brought to him very disappointed been spending $10,000 a year at least at Ingles for 20 years.

HORRIBLE STORE!!! They have a mask policy and don't enforce. Tonight I was confronted by a maskless woman who got in my face and couldn't control her laughter. I was terrified and thought she was going to get physical with me. It's not the first time this has happened there. The management does nothing to deter this behavior. There are more shoppers without masks than with them. And, to top it off tonight, I saw a mouse crawling on the checkout counter! If you like taking your life in your hands, shop here. As for me, I'm never going back ever again!

Amazing store! I love this Ingles - very clean and always well stocked. The employees and managers have always been incredibly courteous and helpful every single time. I am in here several times a week and never have had a problem.

My daughter went in and bought ground beef during the cor. virus she paid over 6.00 a pound just a little over 2 pounds was almost 14.00 dollars just sounds like a lot Thanks

I come here very often since I live 5 mins away from it. It's always clean and well put together but the customer service has to be the worse. If you give them bills over $20 expect all ones and fives as your change. Pay with a $100 bill and get $80 dollars change all in one and fives. The managers have the worse attitudes and never have a smile on their faces.

Love my Commerce Ingles. Friendly store staff especially friendly in busy deli. Great selection of meat and fresh vegetables . The fresh salad bar/olive and wing bar is great too.Bakery very good especially chocolate frosted donuts. Wide aisles with no clutter

Great produce, meat, and bakery. Shelves are always well stocked with not only regular day to day items but with unique gourmet and ethnic items too. And the staff, well they always great me with a smile and are always willing to help. One year I even needed them to get me some extra items for care packages we were sending to my sons army platoon and they hustled, called the warehouse and suppliers and got them for me in plenty of time. Luv shopping here!!!!
