What a waste of time! Was completely ignored by store associate in paint department, who was having a casual chat with other customers. So I made my purchase on Amazon on my way out of the store. I suggest others do the same - if the difference between online and brick and mortar is customer service, what happens when there's no more customer service?

My husband took several days off work to rebuild our deck. He ordered supplies last week, and it was to deliver Monday. Monday for whatever reason they brought half of our rather small order ON A TRACTOR TRAILER....and dropped it. Called and asked why and they said it would be here Wednesday. It's 730 and still not here...maybe tomorrow... my husband WENT TO THE STORE to get other stuff and they wouldn't even comp him a rental truck to bring it here himself. No apology. No discount. No promise it would be here on his LAST DAY OFF so he could finish so our kids or dogs don't maim themselves plummeting off the dang deck. Clearly the management here is incompetent.

I have shopped at Home Depot for years. I have never been so disappointed and angry over their complete lack of service. First time this large of a purchase. My husband and I bought a riding lawnmower. We were told it would be delivered on Wednesday, we purchased it on the previous Friday. We received via email, a message that it wouldn't be delivered for an additional week and a half. After contacting the store, we were told they didn't even have a working lawnmower in stock that we purchased. Getting in touch with them was infuriating, finally someone (Leslie), assisted us. We were told it would be delivered as originally promised. The day arrived and we're still waiting. This whole experience has put me off Home Depot for good. Aside from atrocious customer service, Home Depot is scamming their customers by not even having the products they're selling. I discovered too late, this is a recurring issue with them. Save yourself an enormous amount of aggravation and shop at Lowe's!

I've been to Home Depot's all over the country and this one is by far the worst. The employees are too busy on their personal cell phones and gossiping with each other to ask if you need any assistance. The woman working at the garden center register didn't bother to ask if I needed assistance but followed and glared at me like I was going to steal something. The store is filthy and disorganized and looks more like a garage sale than a retail establishment. Whoever manages this store needs to rethink their career path.

The Commerce HD has an overall rating of 2.0, however, I definitely got 5 star service yesterday during my visit and wanted to give credit where credit is due! My entire experience was top notch and I appreciate the guys who assisted me! Will definitely be back.

My wife and I went to the Home Depot in Commerce GA on Sunday December 29th to buy 2 Washer/Dryer sets. We settled on a set made by Samsung and marked down from $1596 to $1136 for the pair (x 2) Steve the sales person talked us out of the purchase, saying they would be much cheaper on Jan 2nd with the new sale. We returned about 11:45am on the 2nd to purchase two sets. When we got there, no appliance personnel were on duty ( Steve told us he would be there all day ) Several employees from other departments offered to find help but to no avail. To our surprise the washer/dryers were marked up $151 per piece. ( x4 ). We asked if the department manager was in the store, we were told 1. She was in the break room 2. She was in a meeting with the assistant store manager 3. She was at lunch 4. She declined to meet with us I went to the service counter at the front of the store and requested to see the manager in charge for the day. After a few minute wait, Wayne the assistant manager arrived and basically blew us off, he said the department manager wS helping other customers??? WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS in that Department. We told him our story and he told us to pick another brand that was on sale...Nothing was on sale and we selected Samsung. Refused to help in any way at all. We have bought a roof system, cabinetry for our family room, carpet for to homes, and an appliance package for our kitchen and one for my step mothers home. I will never buy another item from Home Depot . When I asked for the district Managers name and number he gave me the 1-800 number. Piss poor customer service ! Joe Sidwell

Nice to know all employees are having a better conversation with there friends instead of helping customers out! Been looking for a few employees to help me with purchasing some things and no one came to help!

This Home Depot is the worst one I have ever encountered. The staff and management are rude and unwilling to resolve issues. I brought my EGO Mower to them cause I was told that if they have a tool rental department then they are able to do minor repairs to EGO mowers. So I took it to them since the Home Depot near me does not have a tool rental department. I wasn't given a time line for the repairs. After a week I contacted them since I had not heard anything from them. They told me at this point that it was sent out for repair and that they didn't even look at it cause they don't work on EGO mowers in store. So I waited another week and called them again to find out if it had made it to the repair center and how long the repairs would take. The staff said they would leave a message for them to contact me. I waited another week and contacted them again and finally got to speak with the repair person at Home Depot and he said he would contact the repair center. He called me a day or two later and left me a message. I called him a day later and he said that the repair center should have called me the day he called me so he said he would contact them again. Never got any call from them. He also never called me again. I called the store a week later and he was not in, so I asked to speak with the manager. I talked and told him all the issues that I wasn't receiving updates on my mower. He then remained silent, he was very poor on customer service skills. He told me that the repair person at their store would contact me tomorrow. The next day I received no call. So I called yet again to speak with the repair department to find out that he was not in and asked to speak to the manager. Got the same manager again and this is when he told me that the repair guy was off this week. So the manager didn't even know the schedules of his employees. They now had my mower for almost a month and couldn't give me an update on it. After I got off the phone with him I gave up on working with them and contacted EGO. They then took over and tried to locate my mower. They called me a week later and told me that it wasn't located by Home Depot or the repair center so they were going to get Home Depot to replace it. A few days later I was finally mailed a gift card for Home Depot by corporate to replace my $500 mower. I will never go to this location ever again because the incompetence of their employees is the worst I have ever seen.

I purchased a refrigerator, Black Friday. Delivery date was set up for Dec. 11, 2018, I found this to be ridiculous but accepted. On delivery day driver was supposed to call with a 30 minute lead time, this I confirmed the morning of the delivery. Driver called me and stated they were there. I wasn't, thanks. I rushed from work and let the driver know I was on the way. Much to my surprise no one there when I get there. I am now without a fridge till Friday along with taking another day off work to accommodate an outside source to deliver the product for Home Depot. Do Not buy things from stores that outsource delivery. There is no accountability for either side. Everyone then has someone to blame. I am so disappointed in my service and wish I could return the product. I truly hope I am able to get this handled on Friday 12/14, and never have to deal with home depot again. At this point they offer to give me 10 percent off, slap in the face, I have lost two days of pay for this and guess what.....10% doesn't cover.Embarrassing to even entertain the idea of accepting......Thanks Mike, Asst. Store Mgr. at Banks crossing home depot. Changed my life for sure.
