I was out back to school shopping and the store manager Jake was so nice and helpful. It was very busy in the store yet he was so attentive to our questions! Need more like him in retail! Excellent customer service!

so 2 seperate times ive came and the store was closed 30 mins early both times, mind you we drive from an hour and a half away. came to pick up 1,500 worth of shoes each time & both times left empty handed due to staff locking the doors early. mind you as i type this review there are customers in the store trying on clothing. NEVER will i make the ride and try to give JDs my business again. Dont waste your money or your time. dishonest people, rude employees, & relatively overpriced clothing. all in all the worst clothing store in tanger in my opinion.

BEWARE!!!! Bought shoes from JD Sports at Tanger Outlet in Commerce Ga. Shoes crumbled up in front after wearing them ONLY ONCE. Product is not quality. Looks like some knock offs.

Please update hours online went to store at 6:45 doors was already lock three people outside hours online say Close at 8 pm update hours . Other then that nice store.

Bryan (please excuse me if it still spelled incorrectly) was phenomenal, so upbeat, respectful, and considerate! He was working alone but made sure EVERY customer was attended to with efficiency and pleasure! The vibe and energy was amazing!

My granddaughter and I went to this store Write that closing in cashier Let us in anyway and she didn't have to do that. And it was excellent customer service all around.

On 9/24/2023 I went this store to shop. Online the hours states they close at 8pm. I approached the door and it was locked. I was trying to get one of the reps attention to see way the times are different, she completely ignored me and went behind the counter and did a throat gesture to the other reps like HELL NO we closed!! This what I called HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! All she had to do was come to the door and say sorry sir we are closed. Of course I would have explained the hours are different online, but RESPECT that they actually closed at 7pm! I called the store standing outside and talk to a rep to explain what that rep did and that it was totally RUDE, instead of saying sir I apologize for what she did, she instead say the hours are on the door, I explained to her that alot of consumers look online to see what time businesses close before they arrive! I drove 1hr to get to the store and to be treated like this is unacceptable! I am a Store Manager myself and would never treat my customer this way! This is CUSTOMER SERVICE, and if you can't be kind to your guest you will lose business and they don't need to be working in this type of business! I will never shop at this store again. I come to Commerce alot and spent $1000 of dollars in JD/FINISHLINE, but never again! I will definitely pass on the word of the rudeness and the unprofessional employees that JD/FINISHLINE employ at the Tanger Outlet location! I can see why they have a 4.1 stars! I hope the District Manager and the Regional Manager get this fix immediately!

Manager was super helpful and went out of her way to help. Don’t see that much. She deserves a raise or a promotion. Store was busy and I was the annoying customer with a no receipt return with lots of questions.
