“I loved the easy drop off and pickup! Meredith helped me both times at the commerce location! Having the ability to drive a 2023 with payment coverage through my insurance helped me feel at ease with my stressful situation of hitting a Buck a few days before Thanksgiving and I felt Enterprise did a great job with having a very smooth running vehicle and was clean! Although I did notice a small smell of Marijuana that came from the back seat, but that is no stress to me at all. With cloth seats it is surely to soak up any smells and as long as I drove it everyday the smell seemed to subside. Obviously not everyone treats rental cars with respect, so I was sure to keep it as clean as I was able to with moving every single bit of my belongings out of my car after it was deemed totaled. I couldn't have made it through the Thanksgiving weekend nor the next week of trying to find a new car, move all of my belongings, and also still going to work/errands. I appreciate the relief as my boyfriend's head gasket on his truck blew when he checked on me after the wreck. As you can imagine being a couple without a vehicle during that week was atrocious to think about, but thankfully Enterprise gave me an amazing ride a DAY before Thanksgiving which I was thankful you were open and also had a beautiful car in stock to provide. I cannot say how much I enjoyed the ride and seriously everyone I know I showed it to! It had myself and many others thoroughly impressed with the look, function, and sleekness of the 2023 Hyundai Tucson and surely tempted me to look into such a beautiful car to purchase in the future.”
