My driver seatbelt buckle sensor circuit was messed up on my 2021 Ford Bronco, still covered under warranty. I called 4 Ford Dealerships and was told they would need to keep my car for diagnostics for 1 to 4 weeks and no one had a loaner in stock. Tim at Billy Cain Ford told me to bring it in and it would only take an hour or two to diagnose and get the part ordered. He was able to put the part in the next day!

I had an appt at Athens Ford for 4pm today, 07/21/23. I was turned away and told that Athens Ford couldn't see me despite the fact that I had made a service appt. What they didn't know is that I needed my 2020 Mustang to be in top shape for a trip to Florida because my dad had a massive stroke 7 days ago. On my way home from Athens Ford, my tire suddenly lost pressure on the highway. I just managed to get to the off ramp for Chase Street (exit 13) before I was literally on my rim, something that an inspection at Athens Ford may or may not have caught. I ended up having to tow my vehicle to Billy Cain Ford after waiting 45min on an off ramp, blocking the entire right lane. I was lucky I didn't get hit and even luckier that my amazing tow truck driver scooped me up safely and got me to the dealership. Now, my car will be serviced and the tire will be replaced. The sales staff came out and were super nice and even let me wait for my Uber home, in the sales area. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership for service, I've never felt so welcomed in my life. I am lucky it wasn't worse as I was literally on the highway. THANK YOU Billy Cain Ford, keep up the fantastic work!!

Truly disappointed. I picked up a Dodge journey from them i asked if there was anything wrong with it they say no. Only to take it for a tune up and its about to cost me 3 thousand dollars. Battery not good, oil leaks, check engine lights on...Can you imagine? Now the say i can bring it backI wouldn't recommend them

Had an appointment at 9am fir service. I arrived early at 8:25. I pull3d into the covered service area and waited. Many...and I mean many people walked back and forth but NO ONE, would stop and help me. I even asked one man if there were anyone from service in and he said there all in here. I asked if he could send someone out. I am disable and on oxygen and I waited more. A total of 45 minutes passed when I was able to wave down someone walking by and asked if he would send someone out from service. Anyone can clearly see I'm dusable and ne3d oxygen to even walk to bathroom. He looked at me and told me service is right there through those doors. By this time I was fed up with the POOR service that they were giving me with a previously set up appointment even. I have had it with Billy Cain Commerce and will never go back nor recommend anyone to go there. If you go there to just look at cars, 10 salesman swarm around you trying to get there Commission. Forget about going here if you just want some service. I am not afraid to even sign my name. Wonder if anyone cares enough to even contact me.Roy McHaney

The employees at this dealership are extremely unprofessional, rude, and even racist at times. I witnessed an extremely negative experience with the staff of the service and parts department that was not properly addressed. The director has multiple allegations against him. The “wholesome family business” is a facade here.

The manager is not worthy to be called a manager because my dad bought a car from them and my dad asked could they put a tow hitch on it for him later he said yeah so my dad went back up there to get them to put it on for him…the manager was apparently not in a good mood and took it out on my dad. He called him names and just kept on touching my dad’s chin with his finger..my dad it’s speaking up I be dammed I am No one should be treated that way I’m not scared and especially knowing this happened to my dad…no sir it isn’t happening

Extremely trustworthy and above board business dealings. Received the 2.0 XLT Maverick for my Father in law, still waiting for the delivery of my hybrid XLT. They have gained new life long clients. We have been looking for a very long time for a vehicle. This market is insane. A lot of salesman and dealerships we have been too just want to make quick money. They don't care that the person on the other side of that table has a family that needs a reliable vehicle to get around. Thankfully all of that is the opposite at Billy Cain. Chuck, the sales manager, and all the staff at Billy Cain Ford are top notch. I didn't think good, wholesome, HONEST, and family oriented sales teams existed anymore, but they do at Billy Cain Ford. Great vehicles at very fair prices. Highly recommend them!

Held onto my car for a week, told me it was ready, and I drove all the way over there to find that they hadn't left the keys out.Additionally, they claimed nothing was broken. it's very obviously not running right. it is clear to me that they have no interest in honoring warranty work, just want cash. So, after I got it back and it wasn't working, I left a voicemail with them which they never returned.Left an honest review with Ford corporate. suddenly, Billy Cain Ford is calling me back...lol

By far the best dealer in the north GA area, William is a great salesman! We have been doing business with this dealer since 2015 and bought 3 different vehicles since, and are still using the first purchase as a daily (2012 5.0 f150).
