Took my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit (Ecodiesel) here due to a Check Engine Light and also asked for oil change. They tried to charge me $378 for an oil change alone, and recommended a multitude of things that were not necessary (totaling approximately $3700), including telling me I immediately needed rear brake pads and rotors, estimating over $700 for that alone. The price of the oil change was lowered to normal ($140ish) after I inquired multiple times, and was never told or explained why they tried to charge $378. It also needed new tires, so I took it elsewhere the next day for new tires and to get the rear brake job done (for $250 somewhere else), and I was told the rear brakes were in great shape. On top of all of this, I was absolutely appalled at one of the female customer service employees who sits behind the counter in the waiting area. Another customer expressed her agitation at not being told there was a 3% fee for all card payments, and she had a hefty bill. She wasn’t rude, and in fact told the employee she appreciated how kind she had been, but wanted to share her annoyance because had she known, she could have brought a check. A few minutes after that customer left, the female employee was mocking the customer to another employee, being incredibly rude, loud, obnoxious, and unprofessional, where anyone in the customer lobby could hear. I drove an hour to this dealer because the one closest to me couldn’t get me in for over a week. Well, now I know why there’s no wait time for an appointment here. I will never return.

Been about 6 months since my purchase but got a good deal on a nice truck that was a local trade in and everything is going fine so far.Johnathan Ross was my sales guy and he was great he had the truck pulled up front when I got there for a test drive and got it cleaned up and serviced before I took her home.Ive recommended this dealership to several people and would definitely give them another look in the future.

AMAZING SERVICE! I have been going round and round with Mall of GA Jeep in Buford for FOUR MONTHS - They never answered my calls, returned my calls, and keep making excuses, saying they couldn't get parts, only wanted to deal with one issue at a time instead of all of them, etc. I took the Jeep to Auto Gallery and they diagnosed ALL the issues, ordered ALL the parts, and I had it back in just a few DAYS! So much better!! Thanks!!

I have bought 3-4 cars from them in the past and had a Great experience dealing with Tom Mitchell and Drew. However Tom is no longer there and due to that we will not being doing business again! Our business follows Tom Mitchell he’s the best in the car industry!

I have bought multiple cars from Auto Gallery now. Tom Mitchell and his staff are excellent. They have great cars. No pressure sales. Everyone professional and go out of their way to make sure you are happy with the car you purchase. I will continue to be a customer and refer others.

I had a great experience with Sales person Peter Rubby. Mr. Rubby was very helpful and and he found the vehicle I was looking for and I was able to purchase the vehicle without having to haggle over price or tradin on my vehicle. I am new to the State of Georgia and the people at the dealership made buying a vehicle from them a very good experience. I recommend this Dealership and Mr. Rubby to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Fernando in Sales is amazing, and I highly recommend him! I've been considering getting a new car, and he's helped me narrow out my search. He's kept me informed without making me feel pressured. I've had salesmen at other dealerships treat me differently, but Fernando respected my wishes and has been so so helpful. Considering that 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee more than ever. We visited a number of Ram dealers while looking for a new Truck.Auto Gallery was clearly a stand out. They had amazing service and made the purchase experience very pleasant. Pricing was reasonable and they were reasonable with their negotiations.I would highly recommend visiting with them if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

We took our Jeep in for an oil change and were talked into a 90,000 mile tune up. That's ok. But then it turned into bad brakes and a pan leak. Our service went into the thousands really quick. Then they "cleaned" the transmission and the next thing we knew we were looking at needing a new transmission. Somehow, we went from absolutely no problems to a transmission that needed to be replaced. This was a progressive thing. Everything they "fixed" resulted in a new problem that needed to be fixed. In the end we ended up having to tow the car to a different shop. And to top it off the service adviser Britt Askea was totally flip about it stating that at least we would get a new transmission out of it. We also believe they overcharged us on work that was incomplete. I am still without a vehicle over a week later dealing with all of this. I would never recommend going there. I will never go there again.

I’m sure the dealership will follow up with a very generic response. Do not buy a truck from here! They lie and misrepresent the contract to make a deal. Salesman (John) told us many times that the brand new truck came with lifetime oil changes, tire rotations, and free tires when needed as long as we brought the truck to them and maintained the maintenance schedule. So we drove an hour for an oil change ?Absolute BS. Took the truck in for its first service and the service department has no idea what we are talking about. Now we “misunderstood” when I asked multiple times about the offer since it was too good to be true. Stay away! Go buy a Tundra!
