I went to look at a 2017 Ford Raptor they said that they had for sale after me and my family drove over a hour to see the truck the sales guy was really rude said it wasn’t for sale I told him I seen it online for sale and was told they still had it he said it’s in the service department getting the transmission fixed I asked was it for sale then removed to fix the transmission and all he said was no comment he said give me a name and number and I’ll let you come look at it in the shop I gave him my number then he told me I couldn’t look at the truck but he had others for sale I definitely wouldn’t get a vehicle from this place they are very shady

The new sales team is amazing but they definitely need training in time management and making deals that actually help the buyer not getting them in on a scam and than try to scam them into buy a car and refusing to take a trade in. I will never be purchasing from them and I have and will continue to tell everyone about how they treated me and my husband.

Not trustworthy and unprofessional, I brought my Ram 3500 in for a scheduled service. After keeping my truck for almost 10 days to complete the work my alignment was still off, there was grease all over the headliner and interior of my truck, and something felt off driving down the road. I took it to another shop close by and after they looked at my service record from Auto Gallery they told me Auto Gallery had put the wrong weight motor oil in my engine and the wrong weight differential fluid in my real differential. I asked the shop to correct the issues and called Auto Gallery about the issues. I was told by the service manager that he didn’t see a problem with using oil and fluid weights that were not recommended by the manufacturer because the differential fluid was a universal fluid and the oil in my engine was between the recommended weights. When I asked him why my rear differential felt like it was locking up around turns I was told it’s likely because the technician forgot to put an additive in with the differential fluid but I shouldn’t worry because it probably didn’t cause too much damage. Of course Auto Gallery made no attempt to make any of this right so I ended up throwing away several hundred dollars getting my truck serviced only to have Auto Gallery tell me they didn’t cause “too much damage,” and I had to take it to an honest and reliable shop and pay them to fix everything Auto Gallery did wrong long before my next scheduled maintenance was due.
In looking through reviews, I can see that the owner of this business regularly responds to 5 star reviews, but doesn’t respond to anything lower reviews. While I don’t believe they would have the character to respond to a one star review, I would be very interested to hear their thoughts on the service their business provided me.

TERRIBLE SERVICE CENTER. They had our trucks for weeks and messed up pretty much everything they touched. Had to return to them multiple times for them to fix what they messed up. We ended up spending $1300 at another shop to fix what they messed up. They will not admit fault and refuse to refund any of our money even though they admitted they fired the tech that worked on our trucks. After doing some research A LOT of people in the area have had damage done to their vehicles here and never get justice.
Not a good place to do business- dont go here if you want you car to work right afterwards.
After my experience and hearing others it baffles me that they have a good rating on google.

Do y'all like buying a car? Do you like trading one in? By god they have you covered, buy a car trade it in and keep paying on the one you traded in and they'll make excuses. That hometown feel with the crackhead appeal. Why did it take a day for my credit union to send you money but takes 30-45 days for you to pay them?

Took my jeep gladiator in for service had my jump box in it when left. service was fast got it next day jump box was gone response I got tracked vehicle on camera the hole time it was here didn't see any one take jump box out . Sorry

Certain individuals here are very polite and helpful, however they delayed processing my title information for two months after purchasing my vehicle preventing me from getting a license plate, which ended up costing me four days of military leave that I had taken to see my family who live 14 hours away. Also, I was informed while trying to get my title processed that I was charged taxes that I should not have been as I am active duty military (their words not mine), and have not yet been reimbursed in any form.

Where to start… only giving 1 star bc I can’t give any negative stars!!
Traded in my nice 2019 Toyota Camry for a 2018 Landrover Discovery. I was told the car had 1 owner and no accidents come to find out it has 2 owners and 3 accidents. It is very expensive to fix so I was also told i could add an extra warranty for not much more and then was told I couldn’t get one after I purchased the car and then if I did want one it would have to be upfront cash for $14,000 bumper to bumper and $4000 for power train. I also wanted an extra key they told me I could get one for around 100-150 and went to go order one and it’s over $900 for a key. I was also told to come back to get my car detailed because it was on a Saturday and after hours and they would call me to remind me. Never received a call and I texted and called my sales lady and she wouldn’t return either. Also the tire pressure system fault light is on and said they would fix that. Not to mention also I was told to get me a round about payment they would run a soft credit inquiry come to find out they ran it @ least 6 times and were hard inquiries which made my credit go down. I was also told I get free tires for life but finding out all this and the lies I was told I wonder if that is true or just a way to pull you in. These people smile and act like they care about you but all they care about is about is making money. Do not buy from this dealership. I will continue to tell about this dealership and its crooked sales people until they make it right!! Word of mouth goes a long way!! I will be contacting channel 2 News also.
