?? Going on over a month and still haven't received our full couch! Countless calls go unanswered and when they do answer they don't have any good news for us! I'm very disappointed they after spending almost $2000 that we don't have a complete couch! The 1st one had 2 broken recliners on both the couch & loveseat... Had 2 more picked up with one correct and the other being the wrong piece! We needed to right sides & received 1right & 1left! It's hard to believe you pay for something in full and they can't take the time to make it right! I understand they are going out of business and DON'T CARE but in my eyes that's BAD BUSINESS!!! I 10/10 DO NOT recommend! Hope no one else has this same experience!!!

Bo is the kindest man, very polite and insightful. He made a lasting impression on our family. We ended up buying a sofa from him and we absolutely love it. Fast, friendly, and just all around best attitude. Thanks Bo, we'll be back.

Those first impressions are everything. Bo will have you feeling like he's family. He is very professional with a down to earth soul. Kept my family and children well entertained the entire way through. There was not one moment where we weren't laughing. An amazing spirit in a place of business will always have you coming back. Bo is the best all around hands down. He made sure from start to delivery I was his only customer….as well as squeezing me in for my delivery when my floors finally were complete. Thanks again Bo as well as the very professional delivery guys!!!!

We got a couch up there not long ago back in November noticed that when they came to the house to put it together it wouldn’t stay together and one of the recliners when you sit in it you feel like you’re falling to the left just very uncomfortable when you get up from the any of the recliner it Moves. It seems not to be hooked up right or missing pieces we called they send someone over and told us we need 2 new recliners. Well it’s been a nightmare trying to get them! Every time you call up there there’s always it’s on its way that was back in February in beginning of May we called them told on a Tuesday told us it will Friday well it be 5 weeks and nothing my boyfriend went up there and tried to give us the one on display or oh $200 off anything! I want a NEW one not the display! When we get this done and over with and everything paid off with them we will not be going back! Maybe I’ll just stop lying to your customers!

The first time ordering off the website and it was easy to order the items i wanted. I also like the fact i was asked to come in the store in person and verify that i was the one ordering off the website as an additional security to protect my account from hackers.
