We took our Jeep in for an oil change and were talked into a 90,000 mile tune up. That's ok. But then it turned into bad brakes and a pan leak. Our service went into the thousands really quick. Then they "cleaned" the transmission and the next thing we knew we were looking at needing a new transmission. Somehow, we went from absolutely no problems to a transmission that needed to be replaced. This was a progressive thing. Everything they "fixed" resulted in a new problem that needed to be fixed. In the end we ended up having to tow the car to a different shop. And to top it off the service adviser Britt Askea was totally flip about it stating that at least we would get a new transmission out of it. We also believe they overcharged us on work that was incomplete. I am still without a vehicle over a week later dealing with all of this. I would never recommend going there. I will never go there again.

Mr.Bill was great help, he has helped us for the last 3 days with the buying process. This is our first time dealing with a dealership and he has made it a great experience for us. We will definitely be coming back to Mr.Bill in the future.

After looking on line seeing they had ram trucks priced at low 30s with 0 for 84 months I went to help my son buy him a truck after getting there they then say no we cant sell truck for 0 for 84 at that price Chrysler policy not ours so why mislead people and post it on your website also manager sitting on top of desk with his feet dangling talking with salesman about us very disrespectful will never go there again buyers be aware these people treated us like they didn't think we were worth there time after taking time out of our day to go buy a truck there so if you could post pics on here I'd send you one when I buy a truck today at one of your competitors
