Hands Down best service best Work and Awesome. It's always a Pleasure to buy and get repairs done. I been a customer since before the business opened and I'm still a huge fan of Retro Techs. He makes sure that you leave with a smile and that you love what you get. I live in Florida and I send him many of my Consoles to get repaired or Modded and every single time he communicates with me on his steps my son and I just get excited cause we know it went from boring console to awesome in seconds. I highly recommend RTR for all your gaming needs. What better place is there in one package you get Great communication, Great prices, Honest opinions and straight forward Family oriented energy . GREAT store! Got awesome trade in deal on my console and games for a MINTY Playstation 4. Spotless unit. I hate getting consoles all grime and dusty. This was like new. Wonderful helpful folks running the store. I'll be back!!!!

Look im almost afraid to let everyone know of my secret honey hole for everything retro but the shop deserves the recognition. The owner is a great man is honest and prices things fairly I take ALL my consoles that need service or repair to Mike because I trust in him whole heartedly and once you guys/girls visit the shop you'll understand why this place is a 10/10 would visit a million times again
