As a subcontractor for Pridgen enterpriseI work closely with Justin sorrow on the landscaping and finishing process of the new rentals and for sake homes.He goes above and beyond to ensure no stone is left unturned and treats every home he does as if it was his own.Some homes he gets his hands are not for the faint of heart but he pours his heart into turning these homes most people don’t want into special places for people to call home!

Byron was very professional and quick in evaluating and fixing the light switch. Courteous and just a really good person to be around. Much appreciated him getting their early and getting the job done.He also evaluated the broken door lock, called Ken Carr and provided him info. Step above what was required.Must be great to have on the Pridgen TEAM.

Been super pleased with them as landlords and property managers over the years. Honestly the best people I've ever rented from. Byron is the absolute best and fastest with maintenance, and Rachel in the office really does care and works hard to make sure everyone's happy with their living situation. Overall great people.

Pridgen Enterprises maintenance employee Byron Kinney was great! Called to let me know that he was coming to work on a couple items that was on a work order I had submitted. He also called to let me know what he fix and to let me know when he was done. I greatly appreciated him communicating with me.

A Big thank you to Dustin, Mike and Casey for quickly fixing up some cosmetic items in my guest bathroom - then going above and beyond and trimming down some limbs that were over my daughter's bedroom! Then there was the NICEST gentleman that pressure washed the whole house and porches (then stained and painted the railing)! We love living here and our experience with Pridgen Enterprises has always been amazing!

I recently purchased my home from Pridgen Enterprises and I’m so glad I did! For a long time I thought they were just a rental company. I didn’t realize they had a construction division that remodels and sells homes. From the first showing, I feel in love, it was so beautiful! But now, the longer I’m in my home, the more I discover how particular they were in the remodel and that no corners were cut during the construction. The interior designer did such a great job of coordinating colors, fixtures and finishes. I want to thank Hunter for helping me get the information I needed and pointing me in the right direction to get through closing. I also want to thank Charles and Nicole for the great job they did painting my home! My family is so happy to live in our new home! Thank you Pridgen Enterprises!
