I suffer from Stage 4 Cirrhosis of the Liver going on 2 years and 4 months now, no cure but not sick enough for a Liver transplant. Acupuncture has changed my life. After seeing Kathryn I have more energy, no longer have brain fog, and my legs are pain free. All 3 of these symptoms have really bothered me until Acupuncture and it's really helped me so much and has given me my life back. Kathryn is so caring, calm, intuitive - a wonderful practitioner.

Kathryn is just fabulous! I have been seeing her for years off and on, for everything from back issues to sinus issues to helping me recover faster from a Bell's Palsy episode. It will never cease to amaze me how a tiny needle in a certain spot will make a huge difference in an entirely different spot!! If you are hurting in any way, Kathryn is definitely who you need to see.

Kathryn is the most intuitive healer I have ever know. My teen-age grandson injured his arms while lifting weights. The Orthopedist said he would need 6 months P.T. to correct and gave him 2 medications. Kathryn saw him for TWO sessions and restored 100% use in one arm and 90% in the other, this confirmed by a physician. No P.T. or meds necessary. She has treated me and my family for the past 7+ years, for multiple issues, each with resolve. Thank you Kathryn for sharing your energy and your expertise!

After 3 horse bang ups in 3 years, I went to Kathryn for ‘unbridled’ anxiety. With every visit, I felt a little better than the last visit. Soon, I felt well enough to move to other issues. And that’s what she is working on now. She is so knowledgeable about acupuncture and explains/answers any and all my questions. I want to start by saying this is the first review I've ever written. I saw Kathryn in late December of 2022 after a few years of multiple issues resulting in chronic pain. I had, of course, heard of acupuncture but had never tried it myself. When the opportunity presented itself while I was visiting family in Athens, I put aside any preconceived notions of what to expect and opened myself to the possibility this might help alleviate some of my pain. Kathryn immediately put me at ease and began her process to help me feel better. I was NOT disappointed. The experience itself was more than I can put into words here, but I will say it was completely positive. I left my appointment feeling significantly less pain and more 'balanced' than I've felt in a long time. I don't live in the Athens area but I wanted to share what an extraordinarily beneficial experience it was to be the receiver of her healing gifts. I am so grateful to have met her and look forward to seeing her again soon.

I have been going to Katherine for 10 years.She has solved many problems for me including Plantar Fasciitis when I had it in both feet at the same time. I also have thumb arthritis and bone spurs in the thumb joint rendering me unable to hardly pick up even small objects. After xrays and other tests, Dr's said only treatment was surgery and a year recovery time. Katherine gave me exceptional relief in one treatment and now I have very minimal pain with follow up treatments every 4-6 weeks. Accupuncture has improved my quality of life and at 80 years old, can still pursue my hobby of blacksmithing.a

If you are questioning whether acupuncture can help you, don't. Kathryn at Jade Spring Healing Arts Center is amazing. Her acupuncture work has healed me from several painful conditions. I even feel better about whatever conditions await me in the future because I know Kathryn will help guide me through them. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I'm a retired RN , referred (by masseuse) to Kathryn about 3 months ago with hopes of finding additional relief for (esp) chronic back & joint pain. Ten visits in, I notice a significant change in that relentless discomfort, and she's eliminated what was near daily nausea (& occasional vomiting) associated with GERD/CKD. The overarching benefit for me is in finding a collaborator who seems genuinely dedicated to finding fixes for my age related ravages: she offers not only a fund of knowledge in her specialty (Traditional Chinese Medicine), but hands on body work, useful information re exercises, supplements, and best of all, a heart in her ears. She's generous to a fault, eg, had me drop by a few days after my last visit to assure herself that what she hoped would fix an issue HAD fixed the issue. She is smart, warm & interested; her space is clean & more than pleasant/conducive to 'restoration'; and she's all about helping you get to where you want to go. Use her!

Kathryn is nothing short of amazing. I have severe neck problems and have been in constant pain. She has been the only relief I have experienced in months. She immediately zoned in on my issues and left me pain free for quite a while after the very first visit. If you are in chronic pain or have any health issue, I highly recommend Kathryn.
