The 1 star reviews all coming within 24 hours are obviously bogus. Been using this service for 2 years roughly - they show up when scheduled, do a good job, and are responsive. Their staff is professional and friendly. I don’t have to follow up, call, or otherwise be involved. Once we set up service, my grass is just expertly maintained. What else does one want? I have seen this landscaper’s work many times, as they keep up the yard and do beautiful seasonal installs for one of my family member’s homes. They do a great job every time! If I lived within their service area, I would absolutely be paying Freeland Property Management to manage my lawn and landscaping!

I used this “service” July 7th 2021. Awful doesn’t begin to describe the quality of work I received. Poor ownership with poor standards. My yard looked mediocre at best feel like I could have done better myself. Wasted money and now will have to get my yard redone. Do not recommend to anyone who expects to get high quality work.Service: Weed control

I have worked with Kevin and his team for over 10 years. They are truly the best in the business. When we moved homes we continued to use them at our new home and upgraded our services to full service as they don’t miss a detail. They are 100% worth every penny. Kevin is very responsive if I have any special requests. And he is really good at helping me brain storm any changes or improvements I am considering for my yard. Kevin with Freeland Property Management is an extremely hard worker with a vision to make all landscapes beautiful. He is diligent in his work ethic, on time, professional and creative with new installations of plants, trees and shrubs. He goes the extra mile to make sure the soil is prepared for the plants. We used Freeland Property Management for fall clean up. They went above and beyond our expectations. Our yard looked beautiful and truly transformed. Kevin did a great job explaining the process and keeping me updated. He was able to work us in before my family arrived in town. Kevin and Christy are stand up people. They live in our neighborhood and will do anything to help anyone. I have a landscaping business myself and Kevin has always been top notch with his customers and very helpful with me when needing help on the business end. Personally I would have Kevin and Christy’s company do my yard and my customers yards with no worries. They have a reputation that speaks for itself.
