I have been a client of Xpert Tax Service for 7 years , Gwen the owner was referred to me by my sister in law . I go every year with my mind at ease because I know Gwen and her staff is going to give me the best service and an accurate tax return. I like the fact that this office is open year round for tax questions and needs . They definitely earned the name Xpert Tax service , because they experts when it comes to taxes.

I have been with my same tax professional for over 10 years. I would recommend her to anyone that's looking for a professional tax preparer. She is very good with getting back with you without you having to call her and track her down. She remembers and knows very well what she needs to do on your behalf. Been dealing with the same professional for over 10 years so that speaks volumes!

Dr. Gwen and her staff is nothing less than AMAZING! Customer service is excellent!!! She truly have a passion for her clients and take pride in what she does and deliver accurate information! It use to be a headache doing taxes now it’s a breeze! Also you get text alerts to keep you updated on your refund and when you should expect it! You even get holiday and birthday text! Now that is going above and beyond! She is Gem to the Tax industry! You can never go wrong with a person who put God first in all that they do!!! Xpert tax Service has been taking care of my taxes for over 15 years. Gwen and her team have always worked hard and always made sure that I received as much as possible on my returns. If I had any questions they were available with prompt service as well. The environment and service is very professional in their office. Xpert tax is a very welcoming, professional business. They respond very quickly , which makes working with them very easy.
