ATMs are always broken down. Moody's downgraded all Wells Fargo banks. Employees had to start a union to protect themselves from their upper echelon. Customer service is lousy. This bank is broken

They Literally dont have enough people to conduct a banking business.. i came here on a friday and was in total disbelief they only had one tender..literally stayed in line for about 40+mins...this is insane...They need help, at least on weekends

Everytime I come to this branch the wait times are beyond ridiculous. Just for something as simple as getting into my safe deposit box, I have to sit and wait for a personal banker to become available. Sometimes 30 minutes. Seems to me there would be ways to expedite such a simple process. And I sit here right now writing this review, 2 personal bankers, one being the manager, sits behind closed doors. Maybe it’s for training, maybe it’s to complete work, but customer service is not their key priority. Shame on me for continuing to do business with them.

The staff at this branch is good. However, the folks that handle IRAs are unprofessional hacks. They lost my pension roll over. It's been two months and have yet to resolve . The last snowflake I spoke with refused to get a supervisor on the phone. As soon as my funds become available, probably next year some time due to their ineptitude, I will move my IRA and other accounts from wells fargo to SunTrust.

Very professional and courteous. I was pleased with the efficiency of the staff and how knowledgeable of banking policies and procedures they are. Made switching banks easy and enjoyable! I love how well they treat my wife and assist her with her business accounts too!!!

My wife and I do not have an account at Wells Fargo. My son does.He recently moved to Maine. We wanted to give him cash for Christmas in the safest way possible. We wanted to simply deposit it into his account.This branch refused to accept American Legal Tender as a deposit.I wonder is this a common practice? I was under the impression that businesses could not refuse Legal Tender. Doesn't that undermine the currency?I would like an explanation as to why Cash would not be accepted in a deposit simply because the bearer does not have an account, while the recipient does have an account.

Excellent Customer Service! I was greeted by all the staff when I walked in. When I went to Brenda's line she ensured all my questions were answered and she really went above and beyond to get me out in a timely manner with excellent customer service the whole time. Thank You!!!!
