Went to this Wells Fargo to deposit cash. The ATM THATS LOCATED OUTSIDE, calculated my money shorting me $300. I cancelled the deposit right away, praying that this gangster machine will return the amount I placed inside! It did. I took my money to the teller, told her what happened outside and we went on to deposit my money. This teller counted my money, and Asked me how much I’m depositing! I gave her a figure of $100 less than the money I gave her. She didn’t correct me! She went on to deposit the amount I stated, while holding 100$ more than the amount I stated and did not even correct me! I told her wait up, the right amount should be I stated the amount! She did not give me my money to count but took it and put it in the money counter, which came back with the amount I have!! WHEW!!! That’s my day today! The ATM AND THE TELLER TRIED TO SCAM ME!! It’s Only Feb, 2020!! Watch out folks! Don’t trust that ATM NOR THE PEOPLE INSIDE!!

The worst experience on a Wells Fargo , drive thru doesn't work and there is not a signal that indicate that , I have them a second chance and decided to used the ATM guess what wasn't working either, I diced to get in since I was already there just one person working and some people waiting..... I just left and never coming back .

One of the worst banking experiences ever. I've been with Wells Fargo for over 10 years. The banker locked me out of my acct, and now I'm sitting at another branch trying to figure out what's going on. So now I've lost money and time, and got treated like poo in the process.

The people who work in that office ARE EXTREMELY RUDE! The rep who assisted me with zip code and transaction history apparently hate her freaking job. It was like pulling teeth to get a print out. She told me don't you have a cell phone, find what you need online, she don't have time for that. I should have known she had a terrible attitude when I heard her call the drive through section looking for another rep and went off on him and said there were 5 customers waiting in the lobby and he shouldn't have went to back instead of serving the customers, then hung up on him by slamming the phone. I was like YIKES! Then she said I'll help you, I was thinking like gosh darn my PTSD about to get triggered! In reality there were only 2 of us waiting in the lobby to be serviced by a rep. I truly HATED I went into this location. I'm going to try to convince my joint owner it's time for us to change banking institution. Wells Fargo is getting worse and worse and extremely difficult to get quality customer service without an attitude. It's obvious, ink and paper is a high commodity for them, yet they were caught creating fraudulent accounts. Smh. A BIG FAT ZERO RECOMMENDATION FOR THIS LOCATION.

The worst customer service has ever been received. The branch manager was so rude and would not listen to our questions. Doesn't even fully understand and help us resolve our issue with their own financial products. Is this what customer service you get after waiting for 30 mins to talk to a manager? Very unprofessional :( I would suggest, better go to other banks in town for your financial needs instead of wasting the time and energy at this branch. Would love to see 0 star feature, the service we received wasn't even 1* !!
