This is not for this store, but for the risk management people. Someone stole my identity and the fraud people just blew me off. I have been Using this bank for 18 years. But, since the fraud department won’t give me my money back despite the fact that never made an effort to find in 18 years, I have never wired money to been so upset about it! I will be going to another bank, p.

Is any one here name Mary? The lady seat the table in front. Is she manager? She’s mean. She look like doesn’t want to help me when I have broblem. She’s not friendly and helpless. ????. I will never come back this branch. She’s bad.

I put my card into the drive thru ATM, and the screen went black. Then it says out of service. It was looking fine and functioning but as soon as I put it in, It shut off. Now it has my card.

I arrived at 11:55 and closing is at 12:00, and when I got to the window Karen, older lady with short blond hair said she wouldn't be able to let me make a withdrawl because it would require her to go to the vault.

Every one except two of the three Mary’s, are amazing.they both explained things relating to my account and banking services offered. Everyone else is rude and has been since I started banking there. If those two weren’t there I would have left them already. And they screwed up with some money in my account and ended up taking more then what should have been. A few hundred dollars too much. I got screwed . I even had the print outlet of of my account details but they wouldn’t go into the system and check it out.the tellers need to take a class on customer service because they do not know how to speak To a customer .

If you are not going to allow people to come inside, you need to give the ladies help in the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous sitting in line for over 20 min and still have not reach the drop off point.

My wife said this bank has really bad customer service i dont normally publicly voice my opinion but this is the fourth time she has complained.
